-Breakfast are decent. 1 menu for the day and the rest is no change. but the sambal for nasi lemak is superb. -the bed is so stiff and it did not bounce when u sit meaning that u will get back ache. my room A124 and the table besides bed is not functioning at all. -at the pool area got cinema at night -housekeeper is great, all the staff is helpful but it does not provide lift so better to prepare -i paid rm700 for 4 nights but stated at the whatsapp my room is just rm140 for 1 night, better to make a booking directly with hotel mgt as u will save a lot. -mind that they provide laundry services cheaper than other places as well as their lunch menu. -parking is a bit cramp as it does not provide much area and location is near the skycab but took about 20mins to Pnatai Chenang so plan your activities well, folks!

theres a lot of room for improvement as u need to start with the bed first. changing the bed will make huge improvement i would say. secondly, i will comeback with my family as this place is good for u to relax than staying in the Cenang area which is quite hectic but you need to improve the room first. i dont mind the breakfast is boring as it is come with the room price but better to improve the room facilities first.

the hotel near chenang, easy to find places to eat nearby, restaurant infront of the hotel is very nice and cheap. The family room is clean and spacious. the fridge is big..like it.

I book family room, the hotel put old and broken furniture at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately it is the balcony view of my room. It is an eye sore, please clean it up. Otherwise all are good.

Room was spacious...clean...got tomyam restaurant in front of the hotel..nearby to self service laundry ...pool until 10pm...my daughter enjoy the pool...

Buffet breakfast put more variety...and adjust the show to be more brighter...

Didn't spend much time there during the day. However, the time I spent there was quiet, relaxing and clean. The staff was very friendly and informative. All in all I had a great experience and would recommend going there.

To me, the room is comfortable, except for the shower water is a bit slower. The cleanliness and the breakfast is ok and as expected. The place is also nice and not too far from the attractive point - Chenang Beach.

Parking is very limited

The breakfast is humble but very good! Pool is clean and can use until night. We can monitor kids from room. Room is clean and spacious. Price is more than reasonable!

The water from aircond flows down through the wall and made the floor bit wet and inconvenient.

It was comfortable and quiet, great to relax.

A bit dirty in some areas, we were given broken towels(with a big hole. Breakfast was ok, don't expect much.

i like about the pool and the room is nice and comfy

i didnt like the parking facilities, the view of the family room that i got and the choice of food is very limited

We definitely make a come back and this place will be our only choice. The room was very clean, neat, friendly staff and handful, water for shower is very good flow, wifi is extremely good thus work off side is so enjoyable without any interruption. My family literally enjoy the stay with Alia Residence Business Resort. AWESOME!

The resort...clean and just nice for small family traveller to stay. Near to airport area. A decent malay food just opposite the resort...
