The room is spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. The bathroom is big. They provide a swing in front of every room. There is also a lot of places to sit and chit chat with friends. I like the toothbrush that provided. They also provide bottled water daily. Ample parking lot.

The water pressure is stable but not the water temperature. The toilet door is quite difficult to operate, it makes a loud sound during we open the door thus it makes everyone wake up in the middle of the night if you wants to go toilet. The location is quite far from the beaches, but if you have a transportation it is not a problem at all.

wasnt flexible for couple of hours of extension. but not a major disliking thing. However it would have been great if they allowed us that extension.

The surrounding was beautiful with garden and coconut tree, it's really lovely. The facilities was great and room was clean and comfortable. Feel safe to let my children to walk around. Near to restaurant and coin laundry.

The reception staff was not so friendly and doesn't showed interest in handling customer. Lack of knowledge and unable to answer few basic question. Not sure if she really doesn't know or she's not interested to answer. No smiling face and no warm welcoming. Hope can improve to give better journey to customer.

Location is less crowded compared to cenang beach area. Super clean and the Sauk Cafe beside the hotel is marvellous.

Muddy smell came from outside (neighbour area). Can be smell from back of the toilet area.

Hotel's location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers arriving or departing from Langkawi Airport. It's just a stone's throw away, which is great if you have early or late flights. I was also quite pleased with the internet speed during my stay. It was reliable and fast, which made it easy to stay connected and get work done.

Here were some significant downsides. The room itself had gypsum board partitions, which were not very effective at soundproofing. I could easily hear noisy neighbors, and that was quite bothersome, especially when I needed a peaceful environment. Another issue was the state of the room's wallpaper. It was clear that it needed an upgrade to match the room's rental rate. Many areas had peeling and faded wallpaper, which detracted from the overall experience.

I booked 2 rooms. 1 for me & wife (Room E02), the other room for my kids which stayed in Room D05. Rooms amenities were great. Special Bath Tub (E Block) (which you can relax under the moon, YES, open roof style). Reception was great as well in assisting me with everything needed.

My room (E02), were supposed to be able to park my car directly in front of my room (bungalow). But, everyday, there's other guests from other rooms/blocks that BLOCKS the entry into my room parking lot which is a daily nuisance. Hotel management should be strict about parking policy, I purposely booked a (more expensive) room that has direct access to my car for my convenience. Whoever that didn't book a specific room with car park access, management should ensure that they don't block other people's car park, there's tons of parking available at the reception area.

the resort compound are well maintained, nicely done in term of put things to occupy the spaces spacious parking space, nearby the room, good for family gathering, pool medium size, so adults can enjoy too. at night got many light at trees to make the resort seem more alive too.

some of the walking pathways are not interconnected with others, just minimal of it. otherwise, mostly smooth and well planned pathway, this is matter to me as my parents are on wheelchair, so the mobility is important to me. so keep up the good work on making your resort accessible to the special need people.

The whole place is suitable for Family gathering. It has spacious area for car to park and facilities are wonderful for activities with family. Bbq pit, gazebo and pool. Laundry area is just in front of the hotel. All my family love this place. Room is also spacious and provided with minibar, tv and kettle.

To consider early check in/late check out within an hour without any charge.

Children play area and adults hanging out area. Everything is good. Owner all in to make guests comfortable and meet expectations as possible. There's water dispenser outside your room, clothes lines to hang your wet clothes, ironing board, hair dryer and local breakfast available for purchase between 8am to 11.30am. There's a local restaurant just next to the hotel called MakanMana, its seriously good. I love the grilled fish siakap (seabass but looks like barramundi). Highly recommended and I will return to Lavigo again.

Nothing that I don't like

the amenities are perfect for family & solo travellers alike. located not far from Pantai Chenang, it would be a perfect mix if you want relatively quieter stay, but also to be near the beach in short drive away.

the bathroom is unpractically big. It would be better if some of the space used for the hall/bedroom instead.
