Friendly staff, variety of breakfast selections from local to continental, every room is facing lake view, location is superb so easy to go for walking, jogging, cycling and attending public functions. The room is cosy with good air-conditioning. Able to choose for connecting room for family.Toilet amenities are commendable. Water pressure was good.

Parking ticket validation for in-house guests. Every time you want to go out you need to validate the ticket first. However this is not major since the front desk staff is available.

they accept cash or physical card payment. the limited options of food in the restaurant . moreover, the air conditioning system in the restaurant and lobby is not cooling properly. and the thermostat for the air conditioner in the room is not functioning and the temperature is either extremely cold when on so you have to turn off the a/c after awhile. then, again turn it on to cool the room again which is bothering us. moreover, the lights switches is confusing, we faced some difficulties to manage the lights in the room.

Extremely beautiful 😻 in fact the photos are nothing compared to seeing the rooms live . Very modern & beautiful.

To be honest, I liked everything about the hotel . However, I saw not one , two or three cockroaches 🪳. That was the only deal breaker. I even took a picture of one small roach. I gues it’s because of the in room dining. Kindly do something it’s disgusting to see roaches in such a beautiful room.

The location of Zenith Hotel is fantastic. The hotel is also very clean. The view from hotel room is also superb.

The check-in process needs to be improved further as it was a bit slow. The breakfast spread could be made wider. Tong Yuen Restaurant's food and services could be improved further. Aircond near the lobby & lift area at all levels of the building needs to be improved. At times, it could get stuffy as no air-cond is provided at the lift area and the walkway to hotel rooms. There was also an issue with the validation of parking tickets, whereby guests have to validate their tickets a few times. It was a hassle for us as we had to come to the lobby three times to validate our parking ticket. The drain in the shower area got clogged every time we took a shower.

Almost meet the basic requirements for a so called rated 5 star hotel.

The black mould at the bathtub area is too obvious. This shouldn't be the case when the hotel claims to be rated as 5 star. Something must be done before it is ready to welcome the customer. When we went out to the lift, there's some kind of unpleasant smell in the area. We were staying at level 2.

Breakfast was good with various choices, but live cooking was a little slow causing a long line. Also, on Sunday almost all food were finish and we need to wait for a long time for a refill. But overall it was a good meal.

I wish the carpet on the room was cleaner, and all hotel staff or visitor do not step on the carpet with their shoes. Cause we have babies and kids, even ourself sometimes would sit on the carpet its really on my mind.

Repeat stay @Room 823. 1. Clean and spacious room; with good in-room facilities; 2. Quiet environment with good view; 3. !! AMAZING BREAKFAST !! 4. Friendly n helpful staff; 5. Wifi available; 6. Short walk (<500m) to Nasi Kandar restaurant, fast food n other eateries. 7. Short drive/walk (<2K) across the bridge to shoplots w convenience stores, eating shops, pharmacies, etc.

Location, view from room. Room is clean and spacious. Staffs especially at lobby are very friendly and helpful. My son was on crutches and he needed a wheelchair to move around easier and the hotel staffs were quick to provide one.

Water pressure from shower is low. ☹️ Toilet was easily flooded, seems that it was clogged. Limited parking space especially when there’s event at the hotel.

- unpleasant smell in the room, we manage to complain to housekeeping and they spray air fresheners to get ride of the smell but the smell is still there - the pillows are too soft and bathtub quite small too..if you are big size or tall it will be hard to fit in - toilet and bathroom is separated and no soap provided inside toilet
