Legend Inn Taiping

Even though it is an old hotel but the room was spacious and well kept. It was clean and didn’t have the musty smell old buildings have.

Nothing. It was a good stay.

The room are spacious Lighting are good Room are clean and room service was good Parking was easy, they have a lot of parking for guess And my daughter love this place...

You pay extra MYR21 for a simple breakfast that aint worth that much, (maggi, nasi lemak, sausage & fries, roti bakar which is nothing left even i came for breakfast at 8am) The counter staff during check in (Chinese aunty) not so friendly.. she keep saying "smoking are not allowed" "if we smell the cigarette smoke, you will be charged MYR150" The fact is I'm not a smoker at all.. i did said that... But she keep saying it several times.. But when i check out, same receptionists, but more nicer and friendly.. so i assume she got no mood during that day.. haha The bidet inside the toilet are left on the floor because it cannot be placed at the handle.. not fit for the handle..

Rooms are clean. Not enough hangers in washroom…has only one; needs two or three. AC and shower worked great. Shower has no hand shower, only rain shower. But had good pressure and nice flow of warm water. Lots of parking… overall it’s a nice hotel!

Loved the location as it is at central of town, very convenient to food court and shopping center. Room is comfortable and clean, should situation is better, a better bed and bedsheets would be encouraged. Other than that, it was good enough for a comfortable stay of a few days.

Bed, although comfortable, if affordable a better bed would be encourage.

My 2nd time here. Spacious room and very clean. Very comfy bed. Staffs were very professional and helpful. Bathroom was very clean and quite big too. Ample parking available. Walking distance to the bank and eateries. Well guarded parking and guards were very helpful and friendly.

The room is a bit dim. Could put in more lights in the room.

Booked 2 room accepted by system but when check in staff was asking for 2 ID for each room. Deposit was asked and paid but nil receipt was issued . Rather difficult to claim if denied refund. Found hair on both bed sheet (twin room). Suspected from small dark colour decoration pillow. Most probably didn't change cover and difficult to see as dark cover. Better remove this unnecessary thing especially during the pandemic if can't be clean properly. Breakfast is ok. Small bowl for porridge . Should have bigger. Staff was asking 2-3 times if we are walk in even repeatedly telling them we paid with booking and room no. Nasi lemak sambal was not avail at 9am. Staff should be more attentive . Not like outside stall if we request something will be immediately attend thus we bring them income.

We came to Malaysia Mountain Trail Festival (MMTF) . The hotel location is near to esplanade. You can walk to Starting Point around 1-2km to warm up. Then the room is good, big and have good view. Eating place all walking distance while 7eleven right in front of the hotel and next to CIMB bank. A good place to consider. Will come again for MMTF 2022.

I have no much complain on this hotel or location. all seems good and well located for every thing. All place and food place just around the corner (Roughly 5-10min drive). Taiping lake nearby as well with Taiping Zoo.

Room services, location and breakfast as what I expected, all good. Recommended for family traveling.

Staff need to be more cheerful toward customer. Do homework before replying to customer. When i check in, i asked the receptionist is there any breakfast included as they didn't give me voucher or informed me anything, and then the staff quickly replied there is none for my booking. Luckily at that time her supervisor/manager is there, so she confirmed that the package included breakfast as what i have paid.

Rooms was great. The location too, its located like in the middle of the town but reachable to the city. But we didn't take the breakfast package so I won't comment on that. Hotel parking was provided but kinda limited. Other parking was available too but payable by majlis / authorities. Staffs were kind too ~

Really love the room so much! i was checked out next day but changed my mind to come back at the hotel for vacation extension. the room is so spacious, just love the room with very clean and comfy. surely will repeat recommend to my family members in future.

just the lighting of the room a bit dim. but overall okay n satisfied
