Hotel Palace Inn SCLC

There was no breakfast included, nor was there access to a restaurant available at this hotel. The hotel exceeded my needs, especially considering the "bang for the buck!" The location is a few blocks away from the real nightlife and shopping district parts of the city, but also very walkable. I liked that it was in a rather quiet location, but still allowed me to easily go out for some fun!

Not having a restaurant or access to any snacks readily available was a little disappointing. The location is advertised as a hotel and brewery, but I never saw any effort to promote access to the beer making or opportunity to try their products. It sure seems you would be offering samples, having a Happy Hour, or doing something to promote the beer if you were serious about building a brand and reputation?

Very nice, modern and clean room. Lots of tv and music channels. Beautiful hotel. Central location.

Small minor things. Tv had to be aranged before it worked. Depending who is at the reception you feel welcome or not (for example it happened that i was alone waiting to ask something and they ignore it, then helping a group first who came in after me. A bit weird). The young lady was always correct and very friendly. Some english would be handy for dealing with international tourists.

Clean , Quiet , Great location , Close to everything , Great costumer servise , Zulma , Antonio and the rest of their crew on the front desk very friendly and always ready to help , Great place for the price , Love the place and i will be back and stay here again

I love everything about this place

A really wonderful hotel, the cleanest room and lobby, we were allowed to take some time to relax in the lobby and freshen up in the spotless bathrooms downstairs when we arrived in from our overnight bus, which was very welcome! The room was spotless and very comfortable and the lady on reception helped us a lot with all of our queries.

The location for this hotel was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and the premises were very nice. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Clean, pleasant hotel if lacking charm. They did add some cut paper strings which was nice. AC worked well.

Bathroom was a bit small. Location is close to the historical center but not a particularly nice area as there were tons of street vendors and the area did not have the colonial architecture and was a bit run down.

Located central. Easy walk to bus station on one side, main streets on another and to downtown and church. Clean room and easy check-in. We arrived early in the town, the place was accommodating and gave us early check-in

Very convenient location to walk around, clean room and reasonable fee. The elevator was useful to carry heavy luggages to the 3rd floor.

Only one electrical outlet between two beds in the room. Dark room due to no natural light for daytime. It took over 15 minutes to start working A/C(heat).

Great hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, lively atmosphere. Onsite brewery was cool! Parking garage available. Bike rental available. Amazing location near city center as well!

Location is great, just a few blocks from several nice restaurants and the main square. Staff is great and warm. I travelled with my dog, and had no problems at all!

I have stayed there for a few times now, and sometimes getting a hot bath can be tricky.
