Square Small Luxury Hotel - Providencia

The room has almost everything in space, the pool was so relaxing with a great view, the breakfast was delicious, basically was like you have nearly the entire hotel for your partner and me, and the services view by staff was exceptional.

The only I don't like at all is they put food and drinks in your room, but it's not free, you should pay for them if you take any of them, Maybe you can use a vending machine instead of leaving them in the room food and drinks without any sense. Also, the Rib Eye was not good according to my likes.

Nice luxury boutique hotel in a great location of Guadalajara literally 2 doors down from one of the Top 50 Best Restaurants in Latin America, Alcade. Which is why we stayed here. The Master Suite is a nice size (but doesn’t have a sitting area as you would think by the name). The bed is firm, but fluffy with super nice pillows and linens. The bathroom is great and the rainfall shower head is fantastic with plenty of pressure and hot water. Like the mandarin amenities. We loved that we had a quiet room on floor 1 with a balcony area, but not on the street. Great blackout curtains to sleep all morning and AC was super cold. The mini fridge is fully stocked and they will bring you ice free of charge. The rooftop pool is great and large enough to swim laps. They also give you two drink coupons for the restaurant next door.

Not really, except if you reserve through the hotel it includes breakfast, this should also be included through booking.com rather than an extra $200 pesos per person.

All was great but the gentleman that works at night at the reception desk has the personality of a doorknob. Never said hello unless spoken to. Said hello to other staffers in Spanish and they would not reply. Should be a bit friendlier for working in a luxury hotel. Guys upstairs on fifth floor were awesome!!!

This is an exceptional hotel; small size but with a lot of details in the rooms and elsewhere. The rooms are comfortable and well decored. Amazing shower and bed.

I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time but I was promised a room within 30-40 min which turned out to be in excess of 90 min.

We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool. We were able to relax and enjoy the sun and the clean and well maintained pool. There was a sitting area where we were able to enjoy the delicious coffee and great breakfast. Very nice.

Our main room and the bathroom and toilet were not cleaned and sanitized during our stay. The surfaces (nightstands) were not wiped. We were placed in the room next to the elevator and we could hear everything and this kept us awake and we could not get a proper nights sleep. One would think that the room next to the elevator would be the last room to get rented out for this reason. Dispute the room not being cleaned properly and to our expectations, the staff were very courteous and eager to assist us.

I liked the pool area upstairs. Very relaxing to sit by or in the pool in the evening and enjoy the view. The location was great for me because I was travelling for work and it was nearby everything I needed to go to. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. I would definitely stay again if I am looking for a place in the same location.

I didn't like the breakfast. Not very many options to chose from. I also didn't like how the patios are enclosed in an area with a glass so that you can't get fresh air when you sit on the patio. As a smoker I don't like the smell of the smoke lingering and because the patio was encased in by glass the smell stayed longer then it should.

Everything was awesome, Moises was super helpful, the personal was great. I’m so happy and my husband too about this hotel, everything was perfect and so nice the employees. I love it !!! Definitely We are going to come back Thanks

The pool place I think you can put more attention, more mantinence

Rooms with balconies are spacious, quiet, and comfortable.

Rooms that have windows facing a wall in back are not desirable. Very claustrophobic.

The hotel is vey nice, the lobby's and the rooftop is amazing!! The hotel is full of art which you can enjoy on any day you might not have something planned. The hotel offers excursions (at an additional cost) which I completely recommend. Breakfast in general is ok. But the fruit is delicious!

The sensor light in the closet is annoying! The view from my room also sucked! Try to stay on the top 2 floors.

The service was excellent. My experience there was nothing short of amazing. The decor made me feel that I was somewhere special.
