very well situated. Easy access by foot from the ferry. friendly staff. breakfast included. Didn’t use the pool but seemed very clean and well maintained. air conditioning works great. fridge filled every day.

Bathroom has no ventilation. Very hot. shower door should be changed as water kept leaking from the base of the door which wouldn’t close properly. had a little problem with our shower head but staff was quick to fix it.

The included breakfast was tiny, very small portions. Had to go to a nearby restaurant for more food each morning.

Ida and the staff are absolutely amazing…Our stay was welcoming and wonderful. The Swimming pool is amazing..it clean and quiet..great for reading a book and chatting with other guests. The breakfast has a good variety omelet’s, fruits , cereals, fresh juice etc. The rooms are great and very clean (Again thank you to the amazing staff). The Berny is in a great location, five minutes from north beach, shopping and restaurants are in abundance with live music and fabulous food.

Very pleasant. The front desk staff and the young man in the breakfast room, were nice and chatty. We were offered two rooms but liked 201. Thanks much. This is the best hotel so far here, on our 6th trip to the island.

Outside our window in Rm 201,the windows were dirty, bees were buzzing around and the exterior A/C should get a powerwashing. And the taps in the shower kept on dripping.

The staff are very nice and quick to give you a hand. The rooms are clean, and made up every day. The pool is nice and refreshing. We had breakfast (included) everyday which was enough for us (omelettes, toast, cereal, fruit and beverage)

The only issue was the Wifi was only available in the common areas and not available in the room. People like to stream and video chat in their rooms. not the hallways.

Great location, right in the center! Several places to rent a scooter, recommended to visit the whole island freely. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony. Breakfast and pool. Modest hotel with all you need for your visit.

Staff were fantastic, from the housekeepers/groundskeepers to the front desk managers, Anna and Roberto, who went above and beyond to help out any way they could and they really made our stay wonderful!

While it’s a nice safety feature to have them buzz you in, it would be nice to have a code to do it yourself. Other than that, NOTHING.

Staff was friendly & location was close to the beach. Breakfast included fresh fruit each morning. Place was convenient to get to restaurants & shopping.

Internet did not reach the room & was not able to convert the tv to English. Breakfast was good, but a little more variety would have been nice. More towels, but we also did not ask for more than one each.

There is not a good place to sit. the loungers tip, are uncomfortable and are impossible to get out of. The maintenance, weeding and basic updating
