Hotel is close to the main tourist areas, but is far enough from the main party area, so the room was quiet. They had a water dispenser for you to refill your water bottle and the breakfast was light and nice (fruit, yogurt, granola, and toast). Staff is nice and helpful. One of the reception staff members is able to help you book excursions at at good price.

There were no blankets available at the room, so you might get cold during the night if you keep the AC on.

Lovely little hotel, very helpful staff, the room was clean and spacious with basic amenities, the styling of. the room was not exactly as shown in pictures, much more basic than I expected but still nice. The bed is lovely and big, very comfortable, we had a street view overlooking all the nightlife of 5th Ave. the cost was very reasonable and you could say even on the bargain side, they even gave us a free boutique continental breakfast with sweet tropical fruits, toast with jam, granola with yogurt and coffee with juice. A real treat. extremely central to the middle of the shopping district which makes it great for heading up and down the road.

On the street it can be a little loud with music pumping for the evening but all in all was a good vibe and it does get quiet the later it gets.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff really nice with us and they were awesome with us specially Saul and Jhoana. The breakfast is good enough, its a standard fruit-toast-yoguth and coffee if you want something additional (like scramble eggs) you will need to pay for it with 15% discount which Is also good. The facilities are good, air conditioning works fine, wifi some times get some lag but no more for like an hour, so you will be fine. The water on the shower took some time to start the heating, maybe 5 minutes so if you are in a rush take that into consideration.

The heat of the shower is something that can be improved. Internet speed/connection can also get better. I know is something silly but the bathroom door is not fully "apart" of the bedroom itself. Can't change that because of the design of the hotel but, maybe change the type of doors could be a solution. I don't have issues with that, but I know for some people could be a break dealer itself.

Beautiful and clean, spacious room, large bed, excellent aircon, location and breakfast. The receptionist was so kind and lovely. I don’t understand how it is only rated 8 on booking.

Nothing. Breakfast included is (a good) continental. If you want to order more (like a cappuccino, smoothie, eggs) you pay extra. The other menu items are expensive but you get 30% for staying at the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located - it’s super close to the Main Street and ADO station.

I received the room which was right next to the Italian restaurant so it was super noisy in the evening. The room had no window. There was no welcome water which I believe in this price range should be included. They wanted commission for the room.

Great place by Quinta Ave. Beautiful and delicious restaurant downstairs. Served complimentary breakfast. Wonderful service on all ends. Room was quiet even though it was above the Italian Restaurant. Price for the room was great for what you get. I have stayed here twice and will do it again.

It was a perfect expérience...the room was clean and stylish...they cleaned it every day. I received free continental breakfast....wow.....the people at the reception were....exceptional...gentle and helpful....,I'm rather a critic person...but this was just great...I recommend highly Unic Design Hotel...thanks for all...

Loved how attentive the staff was and as soon as I had a problem they fixed it asap. The room was clean and safe and the room smelled fresh The bath in our room was very large and amazing Julio made us feel very comfortable

No iron was in the room Otherwise perfect

Location was centrally located. Staff was Five Stars the whole time. They helped me with various questions and tasks.

It is located a block away from Senor Frogs which is open till 2am. It can be a little loud but if you’re also up till 2am then it’s no problem.

The location and the free breakfast at the Italian restaurant downstairs, staff at front desk and cleaning crew do a good job, right on fifth avenue and still not too noisy during the night.

No lift only stairs, bad Wi-Fi, cold water in the taps has a bad odor, bad odor from the bathroom drain.
