Hotel Hacienda Sánchez

Beautiful hacienda at the gates of Valladolid. Splendid park on the premises with clean pool. Nice rooms and clean linens. Overall a very good hotel with good value for money. Great dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Breakfast could have been better. The WiFi was basically non existent, because it was so slow. Only one towel per person, however you can always ask for pool towels. Water pressure was super low, water cane only trickling.

The hotel offers an extensive menu of delicious Mexican and international foods and drinks. Further, the staff is helpful at all times to meet all needs regarding food, drinks, and, e.g., calling cabs. Lastly, the hotel provides free water.

While the room is spacious it did not at first offer towels, which the staff readily provided. Further, the bathroom was not properly cleaned and sported visible hair in both the shower and the sink.

An amazing stay in a beautiful unique property. Comfortable with ample space in two bedroom bungalow with 4 queen sized beds. (Beds were comfortable) Pool area and grounds are beautifully landscaped. A very relaxing scenic hotel. Cafeteria and restaurant were nice. Will stay again the next time we are in Valladolid.

The rooms are unique and the Hotel staff are nice.

The pool needs to be cleaned! Also the attached Restaurant is very understaffed and under stocked! We had dinner the first night and were told they were out of everything we ordered on their menu. We eventually had to ask what they did have, versus continuing to select items from their menu, just to then be told that the item we selected wasn't available! We had dinners elsewhere after that.

Staffs were incredibly helpful, room was spacious, sheets were clean and smelled nice, hot water was well supplied with moderate pressure. It is a bit far away from the center, but I liked it because it was super quiet at night (perfect for sleeping!).

There were little red cushions on the bed and they smelled super disgusting(I guess they put it for decoration). But bed sheets and the pillows (+towels) smelled super nice. I had to go back and forth to the reception because the hairdryer was broken, but they had suppliments.

A bit outside town (20min walk to center), but taxis are cheap to reach it faster

Nice and clean. Air conditioner functions well. But the room wasn't very sound proof, and my friends woke up in the middle of the night because of neighboor room that was doing too much sounds (night duty ;) ) Othr than that, very cool place and the exterior is a nice view. Parking is free so it was convenient.

Sound proofing could be better

The hotel was welcoming, pretty and in a good location. The only thing was that the material of the blankets was a bit rough, yet I'm sure they would have given us other blankets had we asked for other ones. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

Staff were friendly; although they didn't speak English, they were helpful. The lighting and the decoration around the hotel was pretty. It had a nice atmosphere.

The pool water looked brown so looked unclean.

Nice atmosphere and cozy place! Allright restaurant and nice swimming pool area. Fun with the garden and all the animal statues.

The staff could have been a bit more on the toes to take away plates after the lunch at the pool area.
