We stayed here based on the location (proximity to primary destination there). Staff is quite attentive and helpful. Great rooftop - nice view of the city !

You cannot bring food or bev from outside which is a bit much - almost a bit forced that you MUST order from the hotel. So what if I want a Starbucks drink (right by the hotel)?? It’s my right and I’m still happy to order food from the hotel too…

Breakfast is great, a lot of things, salty and sweet. The room is huge and clean. The pool is very nice, the SPA useful and the hall with sofa for working. It's a modern hotel.

The dinner when we arrived late in the evening was quick and poor, but expensive. The person at the reception wanted to sell to me a taxi service to a cocktail bar for 60 euros when I went there with a normal taxi with 8 euros go and back, it's not fair.

This hotel is located in an area where there are many companies but there is nothing to much to see around here. If you are traveling for business meetings, this is a good spot. if not, please stay close to the old town area. The hotel is clean, neat and they gave me the room well in advance as i reached early morning.

The localisation was convenient for business purposes, but the neighbourhood wasn’t very attractive. I assume it is temporary, and would be happy to return in the future

I love the bathing soap that was provided in the room. I aslo love the quietness of the environment and the respectful nature of the Staff in general, they are very welcoming, the hotel premises is also very clean, restaurant, room etc, keep it up

i think it would be preferable to change the carpet on the floor, it looked very old to me, compared to the room standard

the Scenery was to die for…amazing structure, interior was spot on. My friends and I could not get enough of the entire space.

I didn’t like the fact that my reservation was cancelled and I did not get an email or message about it and it made me wait at the reception for about 30mins or more while my friends had gone up to their rooms. And I had to pay more than I initially reserved.

Public transport close by, very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was nice. Dinner was delicious. Price is correct. Fast and reliable WIFI connection.

Nothing, all was good

Really good business hotel. Clean, modern, friendly and good food from buffet. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, quite large and clean. There is a tram station nearby, from where it is easy to reach other parts of the city.

Had issue with Room Key card,,ANAS duty manager delt with the issue promptly efficiently and professionally 😊 This hotel is in a perfect location,very clean spacious rooms. Rooftop pool with amazing views.would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return on my next trip to Casablanca.

The comfortable and welcoming receptionist lubna that my check-in quickly and smoothly with a smile. The room was in good size and clean with really comfortable bed and bath
