Hotel Tibet International

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. It was very sweet of them to upgrade our room to suite room and giving us a very warm welcome with there own special welcome drinks and snacks. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nepal.

Hotel Tibet international is the best hotel in the Boudhha Area! Maybe even best hotel in Kathmandu along with having a great location right next to The Stupha which was a 1 min walk away! The hotel is ina busy area but very well secluded. I stayed there for about a Week and all I can say is great things about the hotel! First of just wanted to thank the staff and management team for the upmost respect towards my guest, family, and I! Very respectful and always made my mood better. The food is also amazing! I tried everything from the momo to the amazing spaghetti, the 7th heaven bar and even the breakfast was amazing, with a huge portion! Room service was also included which is always a plus, along with the clean and air condition rooms they had that was comfortable as well! For anyone traveling out of the country or even locals staying here I very much do Recommend this hotel to everyone. I actually even stayed at the Hyatt hotel which was over priced and not that well compared to Hotel Tibet. When ever I come to Nepal I will be staying at this hotel and this hotel only! Well priced, great staff, great food, AMAZING VIEW! And most of all very comfortable and clean.

There was nothing I can complain about!

The location is convenient (next to Boudanath), and the hotel is fantastic - it is clean, and quiet, and the staff is amazing: friendly, and helpful. The restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast options are plentiful. The view from the restaurant is also amazing! This is the first time we were staying here and it exceeded all our expectations (we have stayed at a number of places in Nepal but this place simply felt as the best). The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, clean. We loved it so much that we came back to stay here after our brief excursion away from Kathmandu.

I like the overall experience of the Hotel during my stay there. I loved every aspect of the Hotel facilities and amenities. The most liked aspect and takeaways for me is the heart-warming staff members and their quick services from reception to serving to cleaning to every part of the services. I would definitely stay again if I have to stay next time.

Nothing as such as per my knowledge. I was little bit concerned about the privacy aspect as I hear lots of hotel issues and scandles on internet about hotels. But the way staff approached and served here at Hotel Tibet International, I felt safe and secured about my privacy.

The staff are absolutely lovely and really helpful,the service we received was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful,it is clean and in an ideal location for visiting Kathmandu. Also,the price we were quoted when we reserved it,was the price we paid,there were no hidden extras unlike some hotels that often add on an extra unexpected charge. The breakfast is amazing, especially on the rooftop terrace with the view of the Stupa. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

The staff are exceptional. They are kind and go out of their way to be helpful. The rooms are comfortable, decorated in a traditional style. Rooms facing the courtyard are protected from street noice but have a lot of pigeon noise. I prefer the rooms on the street side, personally.

The hotel could be improved by adding exercise facilities -- though you can get good exercise walking up all the stairs! (Not that you have to -- there is an elevator.)

The location was perfect, on the main drag, walking distance to the stupa and shops. The restaurant was exceptional, making eggs to order, and it was included in the price. The menu for lunch was varied and offered many craved western options.

I asked the staff to have extra coffee in my room twice, but never got any. I realize it is a characteristic of Nepal, but the smell from the drains bothered me.

Room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Great to be so close to the Bhoudinath Stupa, which can be seen from the very pleasant rooftop restaurant, bar and terrace.

Not much to dislike, really. The things that went wrong (air conditioner breakdown and a toilet blockage) were fixed so quickly that they were really just minor inconveniences.

My friends and I loved this hotel and always choose to stay here for a visit to the Boudnath area in Kathmandhu. It is a luxury hotel offering very comfortable rooms and we often find that we have gotten upgraded to a suite when arriving. The staff are exceptional and extremely helpful!

The hotel is on high level with all the facilities as in Europe. The decorative TIvetan style is exceptional. The room was absolutly comfortable. Located nearby Boudha Stupa, which is #1 attraction in Boudnath. I'd recommend this hotel to hose who seeking a comfotable stay in Boudnath, while exploring it's surroundings.
