Centrally located, in the heart of the downtown area, supermarket, restaurants, Spui Metro/tram few feet from hotel. Highly recommended. Staff very helpful. Lobby is expansive and peaceful. Efficient Cappuccino machine available 24-hr.

Everything was great, only issue was that we stayed 8 nights and no cleaning or bed sheet changes were made -they were supposed to clean it once and change sheets and towels in between but none happened. They appeared short staffed of housekeepers and we decided not to complain. All the good stuff offset this minor issue. It is hard to find employees during these times and we tried to be understanding.

The room was spacious and well equipped. It's located in the town area surrounded by restaurants, shops, attractions. Washing machine and laundry dryer were also available without additional charge. Overall it's good.

The check-in started from 4pm onwards. I arrived at 4.20pm but the room was still not ready. The kitchen area was quite dark without sufficient light. Feedback to the reception and I was told that it was a known issue. English labels or user manual for the washing machine and laundry dryer will definitely be helpful. I couldn't find the hair dryer and spoons & forks, but I managed to locate them after asking the reception. Some labeling or room guide may be helpful.

We got in extremely late at night due to an issue with Amsterdam trains, but the reception staff were very helpful, getting us setup and even allowing us to sleep before having to worry about settling the bill (preconfirmed on booking.com). The apartment itself was lovely, a quirky little curved shape with a good amount of space and amenities. The galley kitchen was very handy for saving a bit of money and cooking at home. Great location too, basically in the centre of Den Haag with easy access to trams/trains/busses if you need and a supermarket right across the road

Perfect location in The Hague as far as I'm concerned. Convenient for everything, all amenities nearby, and yet very quiet building. Nice building with modern facilities, including free laundry (a big plus for long-stay guests). Excellent common area.

The room layout is inefficient and something I had to work around. The kitchen has so little practical space, it was not only laughable but it changed what I did--choosing to go with microwavable meals rather than trying to cook using the stove. Negligible pantry space, too. If only some of the massive bathroom (which includes both a bathtub and a shower stall) could have been given over to the kitchen or to have a larger dining room table than the small round one that's there. Also, the lighting isn't great for reading.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. The room is lovely decorated and has all the facilities one needs. Everything was clean and well organised. It takes less than 10 minutes to get from the Hague Central Station to the hotel by tram, and the exit of Spui stop is just in front of COVE. In 10 minutes, one can also reach the best museums of the town by walking. The reception personnel was always welcoming and ready to assist me regarding all my doubts.

It could be informed that the lighting favours the uae of lamps. It's nice and provides a cosy ambiente in the room but some people might not be used to this style. It wasn't a problem for me, just something I wasn't expecting.

The front desk Staff, central location, cleanliness, coffee room salon, room and its new equipment were all very good. The salon especially was cozy and had great ambiance.

The shower floor, especially the radials near the sink hole, can be very slippery due to the soap that is strong and could not be totally washed by water. So I requested an anti-slip rubber floor mat. Because you have excellent service and front desk staff, this was attended to immediately and I was given the rubber mat by the front desk lady herself. I suggested to her that the bathroom could be dangerous for old people and therefore should be allocated anti-slip mat as a normal procedure.

Everything, from the moment I step on reception, beautiful place, very well located. The staff is so nice and very professional. The studio apartment had a considerable size and had everything you might need for a short or long stay. The bed was so comfortable, I slept wonderful nights there. I was afraid of the noise because it was so central but it wasn't a problem at all.

I would prefer a main ceiling light in the kitchenette area, specially coming late night would make it better.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite COVE hotel in Den Haag, Netherlands, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience for both me and my fiancé. The tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings made it a joy to come back to after a day of exploring the city. From our personal experience, we'd recommend staying on one of the lower floors, as the ventilation is most silent there. Speaking of exploration, the location of COVE hotel couldn't have been more perfect. Situated in the heart of Den Haag, it was incredibly convenient and easy to reach all the major attractions on foot. We loved being able to stroll through the charming streets and immerse ourselves in the vibrant culture of the city. But what truly made our stay memorable was the overall experience. The hotel exudes a sense of warmth and hospitality that is truly remarkable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, providing excellent service. In conclusion, our stay at COVE hotel in Den Haag was simply fantastic. From the friendly staff to the beautifully designed rooms, and the central location, everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return in the future!

Fantastic location for all we wanted to do and see, easy entry, lovely staff who were available 24 hours. Very impressed indeed with the communal lounge including free tea and coffee, sofas and large tables with chairs. Everywhere was really tastefully decorated, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything and more we required. I think we were lucky with the rate as we booked a long time in advance, but it was amazing value for money. We would definitely stay again with Cove and recommend to anyone. Thanks for a great experience!

Nothing, it was pretty much perfect

The staff were warm, friendly and professional. The smart layout of the studio gave it a cozy feeling. The fully equiped kitchen was not in view when enjoying the comfortable bed. I was surprised by the big sized fridge and dishwashingmachine. My studio captured the sun and had a lovely view (see pictures). Also very happy that the windows could be opened. Location could not be better. Foodies especially will be happy: plenty of options within 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast is not included but there are lots of food choices nearby. The lobby consists of different styles of comfortable seats and sofa's. There are also plenty of tables to work from and the wifi is fast and reliable.
