Novotel Den Haag City Centre, fully renovated

The main reason to stay here for us are it's central location, has its own parking garage and allows up to 2 children in "normal room". I also stayed at other central hotels before, and whilst looking for stay this time, this also gave the cheapest option (cheap is relative, still almost 200 Euro per night). It is also quiet and with fast internet. The parking is nice (35 Euro per night), we came early at 12 and left our car there and took it out next day around noon time. I parked many times in central The Hague, and the rate is roughly the same, so I might as well park just below my hotel (convenient) and not having to park somewhere else first, and the come to the hotel.

Price, but that's the Hague central.

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived to the time of my departure, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The exceptional staff truly made all the difference, with their helpfulness, sweetness, and their service with a smile at all times. The attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities and more.

Overall very good experience: the location, the reception, the room it self, the facilities, breakfast, the hotel reception staff etc.. all were in my opinion as a frequent traveler excellent! Some people complained about the underground parking- I really don’t understand? For me it was fine! You just need to avoid it if you are claustrophobic or lack driving abilities to maneuver in tight spots (e.g. the car elevator). We came for a short stay, so I can’t comment for those who plan a longer stay, but our stay was great.

I don’t remember anything significant that bothered me

Very clean rooms, with plenty of sun. Windows can be opened, which is good because the hotel is super warm. Cosy room, on the small side, though. Very good breakfast, eggs were wonderful.

No toilet trash bin - which is appalling. As a woman, we use sanitary pads, and it is disgusting to have to squeeze it in my hand and have to go out of the toilet and walk across the whole room, just to throw it away in the bathroom bin. I did not expect this in a stay, this expensive. No toilet brush either. Good luck if you are staying with someone else. I don't think anyone else, including my boyfriend should see my toilet discharge. Why is this not solved yet, I am pretty sure the hotel received enough remarks. This is the reason I might not come back again to this hotel, for me basic hygiene is a must.

Location was great (right in the city center). Breakfast was very good incl. freshly squeezed orange juice (which is not everywhere). I haven´t used the hotel parking (thus no feedback on this), in general parking in the city is very hard. I used evening deal on q-park city center (which is 5-10 min walking distance) for 10 Euros from 18-6:00 o´clock, then e.g. you can park free of charge till 13:00 o´clock prinsessewal street. The above clearly applies for a short stay. Room was clean. There was tea pot (which was very handy in the late evening coming back tired from the beach). very friendly staff.

You can't be more central than this, excellent location right next to the Binnenhof. Staff was super friendly and the hotel is very kid friendly, they have a special area to play, had free icecream and a special breakfast section. Breakfast BTW was amazing, worth getting it for sure. Bar was also good and not expensive, we had a great time. The fitness centre is spacious and has some decent basic equipment.

A central location like this will be exposed to more noise, but it wasn't particularly noisy after all.

Absolutely loved my time here. Incredibly friendly staff - front desk, bar staff, everyone we talked to. Parking was a fun adventure with the underground car elevator. Our room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Shower was great, toiletries were nice, breakfast was delicious! Croissants were flaky and buttery and my kids couldn't get enough of the donuts. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel and would come back any day! The beds were very comfortable too.

The parking was definitely an adventure with a BMW X5 but we fit into the car elevator and all was good.

The room was clean and the facilities were renovated.

Although the sink is modern-designed, it isn’t user-friendly. The water kept staying in the sink in a very long time. No car park facilities are available for customers. I needed to temporarily park outside the hotel. The car park advised by the hotel is farther and the parking fee is €31.5. I stayed in Den Haag in 4 days so I need to spend €122 on parking.

very clean rooms, at a very nice spot in the city center and friendly staff.

We had a dinner with my family at the restaurant and all of us ordered chicken as a main plate. unfortunately while eating I realized that food was frozen. I am not so sure if it was not properly cooked or was already cooked but was in the freezer and tried to warm it up. however this was unacceptable as it could have ended really bad for all of us. The overall experience of our stay could have been better if this incident didn’t occur. I would expect something better in terms of quality and hygiene from the restaurant

the hotel is lovely and modern, and the location is right in the heart of the city, and just a few minutes walk away from the shops and sights. The staff here we very friendly and helpful. and the breakfast was great. .

the room was quite small, considering there were 4 of us in there, probably fine for a couple. the bathroom and the toilet were separate, and their was no sink in the toilet to wash your hand 🤷🏼‍♀️
