Everything was as described with this accommodation. It was in a good location (approx. 10-15 min walk from the centre of The Hague), the room was a nice size with everything we needed for three days in The Hague. The hosts were contactable / responsive to messages, there was parking outside the accommodation (free between 5pm and 9am) and the facilities were good (good shower, decent enough cooking area, comfy bed / sofa bed, etc.). I would have no problem recommending this place to friends / family.

Different from the traditional hotels, Pistache maintains a staff-free checkin. They email you the keys for the front- and room door, and off you go. The room is more like a small apartment, with a full kitchen (including dishwasher!), large bathroom, dining table etc. With multiple supermarkets around the corner, it’s easy to purchase all the things that you need to prepare your own meals. Whenever you need something you can contact the staff through chat, or talk to them directly when they happen to be at the venue. We also liked that the hotel is basically in the heart of the city, museums, famous historical buildings, the kings working palace etc… they are all within walking distance.

We were in room 2, which is on the ground floor. And although it wasn’t a very big issue for us, one can clearly hear it when people on the 1st floor are walking around, especially when wearing shoes.

The check-in of the hotel was very easy by e-mail code and a friendly handwritten letter in the room. The room itself is very comfortable and cosy, the bed is excellent. The hotel is well situated so that You can discover the historical town by walk. If You get a parking pkace in front of the hotel (by reservation), it is perfect. We did enjoy our stay and even when we usually prefer a personal check-in, the communication was very good and helpful so that we didn’t have the feeling that it was too impersonal. We can highly recommend this location to discover and enjoy Den Haag. We will come back.

We recently had a one-night stay at this stylish hotel in The Hague. The hotel's modern design and aesthetics were appealing and provided a decent backdrop for our brief visit to the city. Our room featured contemporary furnishings, creating a comfortable atmosphere. During our stay, we encountered a small misunderstanding with the hotel staff. We appreciated their polite and professional demeanor, which helped to resolve the issue without further complications. This experience showed their commitment to customer service and made us feel at ease as guests. Although our visit was short, we had a pleasant experience at this hotel. If you're looking for a stylish and comfortable accommodation option in The Hague, this property may be a suitable choice for your stay.

It is our 2nd time staying at Hotel Pistache and we really liked it this time as well. We highly appreciate that it is situated in a calm, quiet neighbourhood - there are no sounds at night, which is such a bliss! We also enjoyed the tasteful interior (it's a pleasure to stay inside) with access to basic kitchen amenities and utensils (we like to drink a lot of tea, so we are happy to find a kettle in our room!). Not to mention that the hosts are always helpful and quick to respond. The tech system of the hotel is very comfortable - enter code is accessible via email, which makes it very easy to check in. Check out is as easy too. Location is good too - close to the centre and seaside (about 19min walk to the Mauritshuis & Escher in Het Paleis; about 10 min to reach the Scheveningse Bosjes; 15 min by tram to the Scheveningen Beach) and to some nice vegan eateries - definitely worth visting FOAM Breakfast & Lunch | Vegan lunch! (11min by foot from the hotel). And one other important thing for a satisfying stay: beds are comfy too!

We are used to a slightly thinner duvets, so we were a bit hot during nights, but it is always better to be too hot than too cold :) Not something that we are bothered by much. I think it is a matter of a personal liking.

The location was wonderful and the checkin by Internet was super easy and practical. The bed and facilities were perfect and we had a lovely, relaxing time! We could easily walk into town and we enjoyed walking to the beach from the hotel. We highly recommend Hotel Pistache!

We could hear the tram when it went by (we had windows facing out on the tram line), but it didn’t really bother us. It might be a problem for someone super sensitive to noise. This, however, did not detract from our feeling of calm in the hotel.

Perfect place to stay with friends! We appreciated the kitchen available for use, which was supplied with all utensils one might need, from pans to plates, even wine glasses :) There was also a nice coffee machine with capsules that were replaced every morning. We even rented bikes for 24HR through the property, in an easy and quick way, for a good price (and pretty nice bikes!)

Great location, easy to get to from the train station by bus. There is also a tram stop near to take you to the beach. Lovely room, sofa bed and cot were prepared nicely as requested. Comfortable beds. Huge bathroom! Kitchen had everything you needed. We were given a mobile code to get into the house and then we had a card waiting for us to use in the room. Our room was spacious and we had a comfortable stay.

Some other guests were very noisy, crashing doors constantly at night but that is not the hotels fault!

First of all how helpful Mirjam was - she and Pistache team really cared to make everything going smoothly for us, really appreciated that! Our stay was very short, just one night, but pleasant and we regretted not being able to stay for longer. Our room was very well equipped in all the usual things and the refrigerator. It was also so nice to find an electric kettle in the room and to be able to make ourselves some complimentary teas in the evening and in the morning. The neighbourhood and our place itself were very quiet with a very comfortable (not too soft, not too hard :) ) bed - I haven't slept so well in weeks... Having digital keys - so convenient!

A super weekend at the hotel. Everything was perfect. Excellent location, super spacious, clean and beautiful room. The manager is very kind, pleasant and always ready to help. There is no restaurant, but it is not necessary, in the room there is the option of possible restaurants to have breakfast and even delicious and healthy delivery to your room. It is close to Anna Paulownaplein, with bars and restaurants. I hope to return soon with the whole family.
