very welcome staff, easy check in and checkout, perfect location, microwave Owen in the lobby

water accumulates in both sink and bath for a long time, no electric power socket for teeth irrigator. It requires more power than shaving device. window was locked and can’t be opened for the fresh air.

Stayed for one night to attend Go_A gig at 'Hedon' venue which is only about 2 minutes walk away from this hotel. Hotel very easy to reach from main train station, only a short bus ride and couple of minutes walk. Nice staff, vending machines in lobby, plus small bar and restaurant (didn't have time to try the restaurant unfortunately)

Had no problems. The room was clean and quiet. I was just staying to sleep for the night and everything was perfect for what I needed.

Everything was fine.. However, its not the hotel's fault but Google Maps led me to a vacant lot down the street from the hotel. Had a moment of confusion there :D

Close to downtown, friendly staff, great breakfast and helpful customer service

The shower curtain was dirty and the mattresses were extremely sink through. We also Couldnt lean against the wall because the beds are on wheels and slide away when we did

Staff was friendly. Good price at the time of booking. In a good location with a easy walk into the town centre.

Mattress, can hear spring popping back into place. Room is not fully soundproof. You can easily hear other guests in the hallway and cars outside.

Comfortable and clean throughout the hotel, friendly helpful staff and a great choice of foods for breakfast. A 20 walk from the train station it is very good value for money and I will definitely book there again

There was nothing not to like

Reasonable price, good value. Fridge with cold drinks near reception. Also toiletries and snacks. Half hour walk to train station and 10 minute walk to center. Campanile means (tower) bell in Italian Lovely breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Bike rental can be arranged through the reception.

Rooms a bit boring, although spacious. They and halls could use a paint job.

Room floor plan is efficient enough to stay. The plus point is another door to screen noise from corridor. The top of that the hotel provides ev charge outlet for guests at parking area.

The window is too heavy to operate.

as others have said, the decor and facilities need updating. But, it was much better than I feared. The price was far too high. I felt €70 or €80 would have been reasonable. we paid €136.

Good location, friendly staff, good price

Very poor insulation of the room, you can hear everything from the hallway. Housekeeping walked in on us twice in the morning, once even before 10 AM.
