the hotel staff assumed my girlfriend was a prostitute and made us feel uncomfortable on the first night.

The associates, helpful, informed, approachable.

The location is convenient yet the street is less than appealing, once you enter the property you feel at the right place.

The view was amazing! The ambiance, the staff, the room was just an amazing experience. I wanted somewhere quiet to rest n it was perfect. Taxi took us back n forth with no problem. There was a convenience store just across the street. Restaurants within a walk. It was just perfect

Situated in the very centre of the city. Nice view from the room and amazing roof pool. Good service.

It’s not possible to pay with NFC (Apple Pay, Google Pay) here, only with a physical card. Be prepare to share open bathroom and toilet with a glass door with your roommate if you’re travelling not alone (and I’d say it’s not the very best experience we had). Same with a bedsheet in a double suite, which is one for two people. Yes, big, but still one :) Another important thing is that rooms are not made for those who has any sleep problems as the walls are so thin we could hear every human sound from neighbours.

likes: Breakfast staff was very friendly breakfast was also very nice including juice and good coffee the room was big and comfortable the desk staff was very helpful there was a well equipped gym. the hotel can arrange day tour packages to san Blas, old city etc.

there was nothing particularly great around the location. there was a transparent bathroom door in the room the beds are really hard, depending on your back condition this may be an issue. there is no kitchen room service.

good breakfast. very clean and staff is very accommodating. The hotel caters to business... but imagine only men.

We were 2 women traveling for business... and NO SHOWERCAPS AVAILABLE IN THE ROOMS. If they cater to business, should include women!! as part of their target group.

What didn't I like !!! Hahaha

Omg where do I start , I booked a Queen bed for 8 night but wasn't available so Up graded me to King size bed. Plus The ladies hooked me up with company for me Covid test in my room before I flew out next day!!! Also the overall Staff hooked me up with Ice buckets at the pool & were so friendly & helpful it was Insane. People call me Groovey Hats of to the Whole Hotel Staff & Security for suck a Amazing time!!! Be back in 2 months .

This is a very nice smallish boutique-style comfortable hotel with a great bar and nice restaurant. Rooms are spacious and beds comfy, and the bathrooms nice sized and the shower is good. It is in a fairly good location in Panama City with many restaurants nearby. The rooftop pool and views are lovely, as well as the smallish rooftop gym. Small, quiet, hotel, with a very nice accommodating staff, and the welcome drink was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to a solo business traveler or group of business travelers, or a solo leisure traveler or a couple.

Pool area needed towels indicated that they are in the gym. And add 1 more lounge, and drink tables by lounge chairs.

the Pool, the room, beautiful city view , the location, the hotel is very close to any place to visit in the city

they didn't help us with early check in despite having mentioned that we traveled from another country and house keeping was very late

I loved the rooftop pool. My only is the bar should be open at times. Also the hit tub needs to be on.

The hookers in/out for the ones on business. They have to get that under control. Safety over money.
