Hospedium Princess Hotel Panamá

They had a crib for my baby for no additional cost. Thank you. The view of "the screw" building from my room was superb. Near to several restaurants of the 53 and 54 Streets Marbella, and other type of businesses. You can get to the Paitilla Hospital and Marbella doctor appointments walking distance. The bathroom has a relaxing bath tub. You can go exercise at the hotel's gym.

The room temperature was very cold and the air conditioner didn't seem to allow any change. The view from the pool was good, but you will not get "the screw" building from there. The pool area needs some extra attention. They had no hair dryer in the room. There seems to be a sauna room which is not working.

The breakfast was good and nice selection with three hot breakfast foods plus breads, fruit, coffee and nice selection of tea. The rooms were adequately sized. The Junior Suite had one full and one half bath. The staff did everything to make right the fact that our rooms were missing refrigerators (they provided) and they didn't actually have a pullout sofa in the Junior Suite so they brought a rollaway bed with bedding. The hotel is well located for pick up by tour operators. The shower had good water pressure but took a while to deliver hot water.

No coffee or tea in room. Actually this was the most poorly appointed room in terms of soap, shampoo, kleenix, toilet tissue, etc. Lighting in the room was poor. Our room was never cleaned in the three nights of our reservation. The maids we could find helped with everything we needed. It seems the maids are on a schedule for room cleaning but we never actually found out what it was.

The front desk person who helped me the most was Sr. Ivan. When I had an issue on my first day he quickly helped me to resolve it with little to no delay. Also, Sra. Eliet, the young lady who cleaned my room was very friendly and helpful as were the other staff I came across. As well, if I needed any help or had a question, they were all as helpful and friendly as Sr. Ivan! Excellent customer service! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay!

I liked the location of the hotel and the fact that it is a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Also the bus stop is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. There are direct buses to the major malls - Multiplaza, Albrook and Los Andes. The staff are polite and courteous including the house keeping staff who are efficient. Breakfast at the restaurant is very good for those who like to take breakfast. I normally skip breakfast for lunch.

The central location of the hotel with shops, restaurants and public transport within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is good value for money. I would say it is the best hotel I've stayed at in Panama.

I had a bad experience in the theft of my personal and confidential documents from my hotel room. These would only be of value to myself and were kept in an open shopping bag. I reported this matter to the hotel and the police but neither were able to provide any assistance in it's recovery. This incident destroyed my holiday.

We had a spacious room and were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel's location was superb. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the internet connection was reliable. The staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful.

The hotel seems to have a charming old-world charm, reminiscent of its luxurious past. Nevertheless, it could benefit from some maintenance as we noticed dirty carpets and old safes that barely worked.

We were positively surprised about our stay at the Princess Hotel after all the bad reviews. It was very clean, safe and we had such a good time here that we extended our stay by one night. Our sheets were clean and new, the water hot and the internet fast (50mbits). The value for money was very good since we had way worse stays in Panama. The service staff was great and even provided us with a hairdryer on request. Would definitely stay there again.

It's true that the rooms are outdated, that the pool area had seen better times and the breakfast wasn't as sumptuous as pictures touted. It looks like the hotel tries to improve things or maybe some rooms are better than others. The chef of the breakfast room is corrupt since he tried to pocket the money for the breakfast by convincing us to pay cash without a receipt.

I have stayed here before,I love this hotel.Helpful,kind staff.Great location. Can walk to numerous restaurants Rooftop pool.Beer in vending machine.Big room.Big bathtub.

There was a smell.in hallway and bad stains on hallway carpet Also advertise a fitness center but it was not functioning. The staff allowed me to use the free weights and I really appreciated that but no ac ,so it was hot and stuffy.

it’s a really nice hotel! the rooms are big and spacious and the hotel is located in their financial district. across the street there is a supermarket, cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and speak well English. Also, it’s a very safe hotel for a solo traveller. The breakfast was an American style breakfast with eggs, fruit, sausage, coffee etc… and it was filling and delicious.

the room was really cold and I couldn’t figure out how to increase the temperature. It would’ve been great if the hotel provided more toiletries.

The staff was accommodating...The gym was closed but they allowed me to use the free weights. I don't usually eat breakfasts at hotels but enjoy a cup of coffee,so they brought a coffee maker to my room The location is great with everything around..The pool is nice and clean.

There was a bad smell in the hallway and the carpet was badly stained in the hallway.The gym needs to be completed.No need to have equipment and a facility that is outdated.
