Hotel Tropika

The rooms are very spacious and they provide complete guest kit or toiletries. The staff were so polite and accommodating. Food service team were attentive to the needs of customers. Housekeeping team do their room cleaning regularly even without being asked. Reception team, including the guards, are very courteous & friendly.

I suggest they offer massage or spa services and open up more restaurant outlets within the hotel.

I like the tropical vibe when you enter the hotel. There are trees inside, a garden, a siesta place with the view of the garden and pool, al fresco dining/restaurant which I like to feel the breeze. The bed was comfortable. shower and toilet are clean. There are toiletries.

There was no local batirol in the restaurant but it is ok.

Its the tropical ambiance and resort feeling of this hotel that makes me going back again and again. Staff- They are very attentive and had accommodated some of my personal requests. Big thumbs up! Cafe Aseya- Always been my staple lunch/dinner option. Tom Yum had been consistent since the first time I tried it few years ago. Love the Shampoo and Handsoap dispenser. Glad they put it now.

I love the green environment around the place. It is accessible, within the busy city of Davao but a breath of fresh air. I love how surprisingly peaceful it is despite its location. The spacious room gives me the feeling of being relaxed and at ease the whole time. They also offer complete toiletries which is a treat!

The pool could be cleaned more though love it because it's a Saltwater type. The food serving in the supervised breakfast buffet could be improved. Their Thai food cooking could be also enhanced to a more authentic one. I love the original Tom Yum soup but I tasted Sinigang with Gabi instead. Perhaps they cater to Filipino palette that is why.

The staff, facilities, they serve so generously on their free breakfast. Overall it’s a great place to be away from home and away from bustling and noisy city. It’s a resorty yet a nice comfort hotel

Very clean room. Aircon worked great. Hotel was close to the businesses we were visiting. Hotel grounds were very nice and well maintained.

Breakfast didn't have a lot of selections for western taste buds but probably would satisfy most Filipinos

It was hard to get cold water (the main water source didn't dispense cold water, so you had to get water at room temperature and wait for the refrigerator to cool it down).

Breakfast was on time and appropriate. The place is quite and really ideal for relaxation and unwinding as well thinking.

improve car parking services. Maybe add car washing services so guest living the hotel does not need for a car washing station when living in the morning.

I miss lift if someone got operation he or she can not lifting. Staff help full but lift need. Menu food need more details and more choice. Breakfast good.

The staff was helpful and nice. I also like that it is near azuela cove where you can get groceries, food and coffee. It was a plus that Azuela got some cool lights for Christmas. The hotel also have a pretty garden to take pictures.

It would've been perfect if there was a gym since the price point.
