I didn’t have breakfast at you establishment

I had a very hard time checking in because of your BDO terminals. Every card I used was declined. I walked to the mall and used the atm outside and boom no issues. For the next few days evertime I tried to pay for things while shopping or withdrawing money it was declined at BDO atm and stores that use BDO. May I suggest you have an alternative for people as an option.

The location is pretty unbeatable, connected to the mall by a covered walkway, so you can just walk to the mall to do your shopping and dining without even needing a taxi. In general this is a high standard business hotel. The buffet restaurant is exceptional, I especially liked the muesli with tropical fruit. Pool is ok as well. Staff was nice and helpful, for example giving me an extra keycard when I accidentally locked myself out.

If your room faces away from the mall, your view will consist of a muddy vacant lot and a construction site. I was also disappointed with the bathroom, I rented this place for a couple of days because I was tired of the cement-box style of bathroom and wanted one where the shower and toilet were physically separated (I hate it when the bathroom floor is covered with dirty water). Based on the picture, this hotel had a sealed shower, but I was cruelly disappointed when as soon as I ran the shower, gallons of water ran out onto the floor. In fairness to them they provided extra towels and cleaned the bathroom when I complained, but they really need to check the seal on the shower units.

the property is very close to sm lanang. it’s clean and has a big room sizes. i tried the regular room and their presidential suite.

when we were there, the air conditioning is low. Already called about it but and complained but the outcome is still the same. The front desk told us that they already cleaned the presidential suite room and it’s almost ready so we left out and ate our lunch. When we got back, we still waited another 30 mins and was told that they are still cleaning it. We are already checked in 3 hrs ago but wasn’t able to go in right away to our room after that 3 hrs. We came from a long flight of 14hrs and we were very tired. It’s frustrating and very inconvenient.

Staff service especial mention to that lady guard who was stationed in thr 2nd floor entrace of the bridge connecting to SM, hope i got the last name correct was Carreon - she always wear a smile on her face, the housekeepers who always cleaned our room daily and the one who assisted us with our stuff during checkout his name was Noel.. Kudos to you guys for providing quality customer service. That was my 2nd time stay and already booked our next stay with family next month

Suggests to have 2 pillows per person in the room, the exhaust in the bathroom needs checking seems not working

Need more variety for breakfast

The staff were professional, very friendly, constantly greeting clients, and kept the facility clean at all times; diverse food for breakfast; being across the mall was a plus, and could do a run/jog around it every morning-safe and clean; I like that I can refill my pitcher of water (filtered) in the hallway and not having to buy bottled water every day. sustainable.

My bedside phone had no dial tone from the moment I checked in. I addressed it the next day, then hours later and 2 days later (out of town) and I came back it was not fixed. I was told 3 times an engineer would assess/fix it but no one came. Not once I was asked if the phone was fixed. I had no choice but to use the bathroom phone to make room service for food (sick) and it was awkward. The hotel manager (caucasian) looked very tense and gave a vibe of being very strict (not a friendly face and tone) towards the staff.

Room was actually clean and comfy and location was great that it was right next to the mall. Breakfast is always delicious with friendly staff always there to help ..when I made a room reservation I guess I didn’t notice that I didn’t include free breakfast but I had no problem paying .. I know now where to stay again on my next visit to Davao and that is with you guys ..

I really don’t know what to say here coz I was really satisfied with my stay with park inn radisson.. I don’t see anything t that I don’t like so for now I have nothing to say other than keep up the good work

Staff- 10/10. Very accommodating and they were so polite. Amenities- 10/10. Faucets and showers were all working, it has a hot and cold feature. Lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath robe, dental kit, and slippers were provided. TV channels all good. Airconditioner is working properly. They also have elevators. Food: 10/10. They have breakfast buffet, foods were good especially the goat caldereta. Foor price is above minimum. The best cheesecake I've tasted so far. Ambiance-10/10. The hotel is a modern rustic and industrial type. Well lighted and there are lots of available chairs in the lobby. Location:5/10. It is far from the heart of the city and it is situated in one of the most congested place in Davao. The traffic is so heavy, the location is also far from major tourist spots of the city. It's near the airport but travel time depends on the traffic.

There is no coffee shop in this hotel where guests can discuss business or can savor a silent moment.

The room was large and the location was perfect for the conference we attended. The crew from the receptionists to the room service attendants are great. for these alone i will continue to recommend this hotel.

if there was one thing where improvement was needed, it was the provision of floor mats as inclusion to after the room was cleaned. Coming from the bathroom, slippers are wet and goes directly to the carpeted floor, would have been nice if the mats are there to at least lessen the contamination of the bedroom floor from the bathroom.

Overall experience was good specially that the hotel was committed on being sustainable and environment friendly. I like that there's a water dispenser available vs plastic bottles. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

As for the food during the dinner and breakfast buffet, options were limited. There could be more options specially on the local cuisine. Dining area was also crowded when several people are dining in.
