Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel

very very nice facilities. beautiful hotel. food is AMAZING!!!!! just a bit expensive. gym was a bit small, which is fine. nobody used it at the same time I did. the whole place felt like I was in Mexico.

KIDS and the location of the place!!!! this is a kid friendly place so don’t book here if you don’t want screaming kids at your hotel. when we stayed, it was probably a long weekend for Korea and the Philippines so there were MANY KIDS YELLING. as for the location, since food was expensive and we wanted McDonald’s, you’d have to take a tricycle which was 150 pesos for the whole ride (to and back to hotel, the tricycle driver will wait for you, but if it’s over 2-3 hours I wouldn’t do it, I would just order Grab).

Although you can see some minor wear and tear on the facilities the setting and all natural materieals provide for a very nice feeling and connection with nature and the outdoors. Relatively shallow sea is ideal for families with small kids. Definitely recommend sea view rooms with great views. You won't get the same experience from the slightly cheaper North Wing building.

When you book inclusive of breakfast the pre-paid breakfast applies to adults only and not to the kids. This should be revised as it feels very odd especially consideingr how much will small children eat. And even more so when you see some guests behaving like in an all-you-can-eat restaurant.

We loved it!!! 🇵🇭🇮🇹 Beautiful and relaxing! Location and view were the main reason i chose this beach hotel for 4 days relaxation for my Parents. I would definitely recommend the place to my friends and family relatives. Super nice & friendly staffs and they were very accomodating and helpful! Had everything you needed, loved it. There was nothing not to like.. ooopsss, btw the foods they served were fantastic and delicious!!! 🤩😍😋 Thank you Costabella❤️😘

Just a little one: The bathroom lock in the room was not very secure and hard to open and close. Not a big deal tho.

Beautiful hotel, lovely room, immense bed, beautiful lobby, gardens and swimming pool. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The hotel restaurant was disappointing, particularly dinner. At breakfast we would have enjoyed some fresh vegetables and cheese/dairy options. Breakfast was very meat and egg oriented.

The staff was so helpful, nice and welcoming! The service was really good. They have a big restaurant and room service as well so no need to go from the area if you don't want to as long as you are willing to pay for it. It was nice to have both swimming pools and the beach in the resort.

It is a family friendly hotel so be prepared for lots of children. If you want a balcony to the room, make sure you book the room with "private balcony", otherwise you get an attic where everyone pass through.

The grounds and plants are beautiful. Pools are clean warm great. Spa and personal were great Everyone is great. Polite helpful 5

Very comfortable hotel with everything you need. On the territory there are two swimming pools, a good children's room, a souvenir shop, a restaurant, a private beach with kayaks and a subboard, a gym. The area is very clean. The breakfasts were excellent, a wide variety of buffet. We liked.

The hotel is far from shops and local cafes, you need to walk about 1 km along a deserted road, in the evening it is not very pleasant. But you can always take a taxi or a local motorcycle. The food in the restaurant is not very tasty, the price is too high for its quality. The average price of a dish is $10, for a non-alcoholic drink $5.

I highly recommend this hotel not because of the beautiful view clean room delicious food but because of the heart warming staffs that made our stay wonderful. Hotel is nice with world class staffs. I’ll love to go again!

At most of toilets in Philippines the water pressure is weak so it might cause inconvenience but totally understandable because it happens even at the largest malls in Philippines.

it was really a great stay everybody is welcome you and they are really friendly. the decorations and the vibes like old Spanish palace in all the details. the food great taste. all the facilities are working great. there diving center great with good equipment. swimming pool always clean with towels very good smell. the spa i love the vibes with old traditional filipino style.

need more maintenance specific to the WC in the room. the price of the food really expensive at there restaurant and you are not allowed to order food from outside. also the rolls about smoking only very small room near to the bar which very far from my room even not allowed to vape in the terrace of my room. as a Muslim breakfast sometime mostly not halal which i don’t like. check in was fast but checkout was little bit slow.

Loved the pools and the general look and feel of the grounds. The balcony to the room was nice and had a nice view. Cocktails and alecarte food was also good but expensive. Staff were friendly and helpful. They put a lovely cake and towel decoration in my room for my husbands birthday which we liked and appreciated very much. Tapas bar Luna was nice, pool table is great while waiting for dinner.

Bed was very hard and very squeaky. It creaked everytime you moved. Couldn't get a good night sleep. It is also very isolated so good if you want to stay in the hotel, but far from things if you want to go anywhere else. Food and beverage at the hotel was expensive.
