The location is quite seedy. but just stay away from side streets where bars were located. The cleaning crew need to be reminded that there are people sleeping behind closed doors. my room was across their supply closet and I could hear their conversations.

Wifi is strong - I can stream online shows with no problem. Room is clean. Water pressure in toilet flash, bidet, shower, and toilet sink are good. AC is good. TV has cable - lots of channels. There are lots of sockets, you can use/charge multiple sockets at the same time. There’s a small table where you can eat and a small fridge if you want cold drinks. There’s an electric kettle so you can make hot water. In terms of toiletries, they provide liquid hand soap and 3-in-1 shower gel shampoo conditioner. The room comes with a window which is nice so you can get natural light from the sun and can see the outside world - I find this helpful during the 10-day quarantine. Affordable price but it doesn’t have much amenities like swimming pool or gym so it’s totally perfect for a 10-day quarantine hotel since you can’t leave your room anyways. You get everything you need for an affordable price. Note booking.com only offers the room rate. If you’re planning to stay here for a 10-day mandatory quarantine, you can avail full board meals for additional P600 per day which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner. Or you can order ala carte from their cafe at the lobby.

I stayed here for a 10-day quarantine. There’s no closet so what I did is book a room with 2 single beds - I slept on one and I used the other to store my clothes. Also, I availed the full board meals for P600 - this includes refillable water. I recommend to order a refill before the water complete runs out. It took them 8 hours to refill the water; I ended up buying it from the cafe at the lobby. Same with the toilet paper - ask for a refill before it runs out - I had to wait overnight to get a refill.

I loved most of it. The staff were very accommodating in providing my requests, so the urge to go out has been significantly reduced during quarantine.

The food was a little overpriced and the portions were very small. It was probably because of the pandemic and all but I still think that you can step up your game on this department.

Check-in was a breeze with the friendly staff. The bed was really comfortable and the facilities are very nice TV, refrigerator, hotel safe, cable tv. They also provide free shampoo/conditioner, hand wash soap. The room and toilet were clean. Location is along Aurora Boulevard, at the heart of Cubao, Quezon City. Araneta City with its malls, supermarkets, condos, restaurants, and entertainment centers are within a 5-minute walk. Hotel very accessible by jeepney, taxi, and train (Araneta Center Cubao station).

I have an issue with their floor towels. While their provided bath towels were clean and sparkling white, their floor towels appear greyish and dirty-looking. It's as if they don't bleach it, as they look dirty with old stains. I stayed for 4 nights, and twice they cleaned the room, their floor towels were all the same (dirty-looking, grey, 'dugyot' with grey stains). To the hotel staff, please look into it as I never stepped on those floor towels!

Mini fridge is very useful and Wi-Fi is good. Service is good and it's generally good value. The security staff are also very friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay again if they add tea/coffee facilities.

The fact they block the use of your own private Netflix via their tv is strange and annoying. Yes, they suggest using screen sharing from phones but that's both inconvenient (as you obviously want to message people) and rarely works well anyway. They have good tv's and yet block most of the functions so for a hotel which wants to highlight its modern and tech savvy edge I think that's very disappointing. I highlighted the same point when I first stayed in April but nothing has changed Also the fact that they still demand vaccination certificates meant my wife couldn't come with me. These requirements are no longer enforced in the country as president announced but the management still want to disrupt our lives.

The room was nice, with comfy beds. The location is near to the metro station just a few minute walk away. When it rains, you may not get wet as there were roofs along the streets to take shelter as well as in front of the hotel. They have a spacious lobby where your friend can wait for you. They will explain to you the necessary things about the hotel upon check in. You feel safe in the property as there is a security at the reception, cctv present and the receptionist will not allow visitors up to the rooms unless the guest will come down and meet him/her.

The aircon wasn't that cold when adjusted. It was small considering there are two beds inside. There were no slippers provided.

The room was clean, the atmosphere was good as well as the view, the location I must say is very strategic and accessible to everything in Cubao. The receptionist were nice and accomodating. The bathroom was clean as well.

I think the key cards should be at least 2 for the guest, one for the power and one for the lock. When I contact your hotel in booking.com you say for late check out we will be paying 50% of the room rate for walk-in rate, I don't know the walk-in rate but I paid I think more than that, I though that it will be atleast lesser than that. Regarding the payment in the chat with the property I thought I can do it via bank transfer at first but then it was switch into payment in the reception so I think there is a inconsistency in terms of payment method.

I like the atmosphere and the artwork in the area, the rooms are bigger and the bed is comfortable. The location is also strategic and I also love how welcoming the staff in the hotel. Good positioning of the mirror and has a wide variety of channels in their television, the safety deposit box and the mini fridge is also a good thing in their rooms.

I don't like the fact that they don't have toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers for the guest. The 3 in 1 shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner push button does not work very well, no available telephones in the room and need to go to the reception for any concerns, we decided to stay in a two person bed room but there is only 1 chair available in the room and this makes the communication and eatinv takeout food difficult.

Really good value for money especially when you are just staying for quarantine so you would stay in your room the whole time. 3. My room was clean when I came in. 4. I stayed at the 9th floor so my view was really nice. It felt good to see the outside especially when you're in isolation. 5. Strong wifi connection and I was able to work. 6. They also have a desk where you can work and you can also use it when you eat. 7. Good water pressure and heating. 8. They have a restaurant downstairs where you can order your food. It's fairly priced for the quality and quantity of it. (I enjoyed the binagoongan and sisig). You can also easily communicate with them through Viber and pay via Gcash or cash. 9. You can contact the front desk through their Globe number or through Viber. They usually answer right away if they aren't that busy entertaining guests who would check-in 10. They were also able to have me checked in early morning 6AM. (I booked a day earlier before my arrival to make sure I have a room available. They charged me for no show + the total number of nights I stayed instead of an early check-in fee) 11. Ordered food is just placed at the table outside the door and they will knock to inform you 12. When it comes to trash collection, you just have to place your trash outside and they will get it. (Daily) 13. You can also request for towels and tissue if you would like to but you have to request and not expect them to initiate. (Just ask the front desk for this) 14. You can also checkout earlier than booked date once you get your RT PCR results and they wouldn't charge you for that day. 👌🏻

1. They don't allow deliveries. That's a downer since the hotel has a good location wherein you can have wide range of restaurants you can order from. 2. The coffee at the restaurant is 😬 and it's small for its price and they charge 5PHP for every extra packet of sugar. (they give 1 sugar and 1 creamer). 3. The AC wasn't getting too cold for my liking after a few days but that's understandable since I'm using it the entire day. Suggestion: If you're traveling alone and you have a lot of things with you. You can book the Twin Room and use the other bed to place your things since there's no cabinet. (there are wall pegs with hangers to place some of your clothes but didn't really use it much).

There are only a few guests when I stayed so it was generally quiet. The amenities are clean and staff was accommodating. The air conditioning is working properly. What I liked most I guess is that the shower has a heater.

At night, there were noises coming from the upper room (?) It seems like someone is dragging a chair, similar to what I have in my room or is it the chair on my room (?) I don't know. I was too sleepy to care if it was a ghost or not. I'm not scared either way. By the way, I think the bed needs to be thoroughly vacuumed even though I didn't smell anything funny.
