Fersal Hotel Kalayaan, Quezon City

The room was really spacious and the beds were huge and comfortable, could easily fit 2 but they only allow 3 persons maximum with the extra bed provided. Even the extra bed was comfortable. Room location was good - we were at the back and not facing the main road so it was quiet. The hallways had lots of plants giving it a cool, relaxing atmosphere. Drinking water are also provided with water dispensers on the hallways. We also had a mini fridge on the room which was really useful.

The room was a bit dark especially at night as only the 4 corners had lights on. Rooms look a bit dated but still functional. There was a power outage on the first night of our stay and it took a while before the genset was used.

Staffs are very friendly and kind. The room was very large and with good fridge and large desk. The building and room look a bid old but they are very clean, no bug. There are many good coffee and restaurants nearby.

The AC is old and noisy. The lighting of the room is a bit too dim. The wifi was not very stable. Complete disconnection for hours happened three times during my two weeks of stay. There is no laundry and the nearby laundry shop was really slow at processing.

the place is very convenient and close to most restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket and convenient stores. had a nice time walking around the area and having a close place to rest.

the room smelled a little off for a few hours after opening the ac unit but we eventually got used to it.

The room was clean. It was also quiet. Water supply was steady. Staff were polite and attended to all my needs.

There was no in-house restaurant where you can eat. But there were lots of food choices thru grab or food panda nearby so it wasn't that bad.

Very clean and comfortable. Not expensive. I like that they allow reservations w/o prepay or credit card. hotels dnt usually allow this. They dnt have restaurant but theres alot of coffeeshops and karederia nearby. Its beside a 7/11.

Convenient location. Close to government offices, hospitals and dining venues.

Weak water pressure and heater. Airconditioner not adequate to cool entire room. Broke down on the second day but was fixed immediately.

Everything was perfect. Fast Wifi, comfortable room with good AC, excellent service!

The check-in process is quick. The room is sufficiently large though I wish that the bathroom shower could have been better. The location is close to shops and restaurants.

The staff were amazing and the location was great.

We. We’re a little disappointed with the wifi, other than that it was an excellent experience. As a matter of fact we will be booking again on March 3rd and 4th.

I like the staff. They are very friendly. I like best was I could go out of our room n breathe some fresh air since we were quarantined. The price is very reasonable.

The sound of water dripping ( maybe from d AC above us) and it was very annoying.
