Property is located on the center of the city, within reach around convenience stores, restaurants and cafes.

Appliances were a bit old and some were not working properly such as the aircondition. We need to open the ceiling fan to have a good ventilation on the room. It's thermostat is at 12C but as to we experienced I think it is on a fan mode all throughout around 28C

The staff were nice . Very reasonably priced. Location Is good too . Cheapest place I ever stayed And it didn’t suck . All the doormen’s here are absolutely amazing. The girl at front desk name Ricci is absolutely amazing.

I got into alternation with the manager because I was getting double charged, luckily I contacted the bank fast enough to stop the payment from going through. I had the same issue in past and I had to resolved it to booking.com . On the positive note she didn’t raise her voice on me unlike my previous stay at other place .

- I was allowed check-in at 1PM instead of 2PM - First thing I check when I enter the room is the CR. I don't go back to hotels with molds/mildews at the corners (which means sloppy cleaning). But I'd definitely return to Red Planet since the bath and toilet area were immaculate! - Friendly staff at reception (forgot to get her name) and guards - Towels were white (not dirty white) - Near really good Timog restaurants (had dinner at Fumizen) - Free parking. First come, first served.

- Pillow cases were already off-white. Since it's the pandemic, I understand this is not the time to update small things such as this. (By the way, I am just nitpicking) - WiFi can be slow at times

very friendly staff- from the guard to the info counter guys. close to GMA MRT station - comfortable bed- strong water pressure coming from the shower head. No security deposit required- easy to deal with close to 7/11, puregold and restaurant

no kettle available - u can only borrow the kettle for 15 mins. the water coming from the bathroom faucet is very slow/ little.. aircon is noisy- however I did not mind the noise its making as it sounded to me like a rain hitting the window sill ( so it kinda help me to fall asleep faster- though maybe a problem to most) the safety deposit box was not working.

Location, staff were exceptionally welcoming at all times especially the security guards, always at hand to open the door for you with the upmost resepct

The wifi wasn’t useable for my circumstance but luckily the staff were able to accommodate me with a room that facilitated a strong mobile network signal.

It was comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I liked the security guards (the ones in the entrance and the ones helping with parking) they were very very friendly and energetic. :)

I found hair that isn’t mine on the pillows when we arrived the room the first day. The blanket had visible stains despite being cleaned. Maybe you should replace and buy new sheets if stains won’t come off when washing. It just doesn’t look good for customers. Even if the hotel is just a budget friendly hotel, cleanliness is still very important. There were also small cockroaches inside the bathroom. We didn’t eat inside the room so I doubt that it was because of food. The bidet wasn’t working. That’s all. Except for the things I mentioned, our stay was all in all okay and worth the price. It was still a comfortable stay.

The room was clean and well ventilated; it was also well-kept. Location is good, too with establishments nearby. Check in was also easy, though we had to wait a little for their system to update and locate my booking.

As mentioned, we had to wait for around 30 mins to be checked in. Not sure if it's a system issue or a booking.com issue. There were also no free toothbrush / toothpaste when we stayed, they said they had ran out.

Sir Arvin from front desk has been very accomodating, patient and understanding regarding my queries and requests. Keep it up! :) job well done.

Room 409 has problems w/ Bidet (if handle’s pushed too hard, the same won’t stop running) lavatory basin has drainage issue as the same won’t continuosly flow. when contacting the property for queries lately they seem to reply usually 2 days after unlike before that the same would only take a day.

Budget hotel with good comfort and cleanliness. All Red Planets have a good deal for modern comfort hotel. The toiletries are in dispensers so you don't have to deal with little packets.

The same shampoo dispensers at the Red Planets I have stayed at always seem to be coming apart which is annoying when trying to get shampoo out and the lever comes off.

The price is a little bit higher compared with the one’s I’ve booked recently. A diff of almost P200. Considering that this booking was made a month a go while the recent one dec 10-11 was made 1 week before date. Almost Same accomodation and condition but was wondering if the same was because of booking.com or what. I was thinking that bookings made earlier is much cheaper than the ones made last min.
