The beach is.....sorry... non existing and ugly. Muddy stoney Beach front where you can't swim snorkel or relax. Maybe you can kayak. That's all. If you want a beautiful beach you need to travel 4 to 6 km away from blue water We paid 23k pesos for 2 days, I think it is way over priced. Did we enjoy ourself ? yes Would we come back? Prolly not

All Staff were excellent. Very welcoming. The pool restaurant offers good menu and drinks. The rooms were superb. Clean. It met our expectations. Our driver was very professional picking us up from the Pier and taking us back. The reception staff were excellent welcoming us and arranging our all requirements Breakfast food were excellent. Great choices

The Beach. We were not able to swim as it's too rocky. not sandy. that was disappointing.

Breakfast was less than we expected, but anyway everyday they offered something different, so it might be 8 / 10. Location is perfect, and can visit Alona Beach with 100 peso from resort with 100 peso. (fixed price) Swimming pools were really great, and private beach offers free kayak for max 30 mins. (worth to try) All of staffs in there were kind.

I think it is because of the humidity in there, but the room was having some mold odor at the beginning. (It became less after we started to use air-conditioner in room)

The wide range of diversity of Breakfast. Excellent and divine Food at best Service. The Staff is extremely kindly and helpful at all times. Especially the luxery Rooms are stunning and very comfortable. Moreover,, the whole facility is breathtaking with its large infinity Pools and amazing garden environment.

The beach is barely rocky and narrow and could be much bigger in terms of swimming and water Sport activities.

The room was spacious, comfortable bed, clean, new, basic but modern. Has safe box, spacious bathroom with nice shower head and toilet bidet. The staffs were polite, friendly and accomodating specifically the restaurant staffs and the room service staffs. They really work hard and very attentive. Also, the resort is within 15 minutes drive to Panglao International Airport.

The resort's restaurant and beach is within a walking distance and is quite far from the Alona Kew beach.

Very big room. Nice property. Away from the crowd of Alona beach but just a few minutes walk away if you'd like to venture there. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area.

I didn't know that I had to call for housekeeping for them to clean our room. Also, no towels available at the swimming pool or beach.

great location along beach, pool views and access to beach, buffet breakfast, fast internet, updated TV and access to streaming services, close to Alona town and Molly restaurant

Lack of kids' activities onsite (although pools have kids' areas) but would be great to have a mini-playground or indoor area for kids/toddlers

the check in process. the fact that another person in my group(just because they arrived earlier at the resort ) was able to check in without the resort confirming with me. all 4 rooms were under my name only. this was a breach of check in protocol

Hotel staff greets you all the time, they were very welcoming, kind, and very helpful. They also ensure safety of their guests in relation to COVID. Good food! Great facis and amens, spacious room, comfy bed and pillows, and awesome bathroom! ❤

The "beachfront" part. It was more like of an oceanview or seafront cos there's really no shore, just rocks. It was a solid 11/10 nonetheless!
