Breakfast very fine, everyday new bottles of water, staff superfriendly, walking distance from sm-mall

Close to the hotel are 2 karaoke places. The sound was every night so loud until after 1 am, that sleeping was impossible. After mentioning this to the hotel, they said they know of that problem but cannot influence it. We got another room on the other side of the hotel where it cannot be heard. Thanks to the hotel for that. If you stay in this hotel, ask for a room in the ranges 201-209, 301-309 or 401-409. On this side of the hotel you will not disturbed by the karaoke in the middle of the night.

It’s a really nice hotel with gorgeous rooms and big comfortable beds. It’s also very clean. Proximity to the airport is great and there is a free airport shuttle which was amazing. The front desk organised a tour for us which was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great, and the restaurant staff are amazing. Extremely helpful and polite.

On check out we were questioned about a stain on a hand towel in the room. It was dirt. We’d done an underground river tour and zip lining the day before which the hotel organised for us. Someone from laundry checked and said it was fine but the whole process was annoying, especially as our room had been missed for cleaning the day before which we let go, and inconvenient as our transfer was waiting for us. It ended what was a lovely stay on a bad note. The pool is closed for “refurbishment” but there was no work happening when we were there so would recommend checking with hotel before booking.

Literally a stone throw from the airport. Can walk down to the main strip and further down to the port. The staff were so nice. Jerick was super nice and even wrote out some localisms for us to use on our trip! Rooms were clean. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel too. We used this hotel for the reviews on the internet / WiFi as we were working while there. We could connect to our company servers and download/upload files quite quickly. Online calls needed the video turned off to help the connection. Download/Upload speeds 4.88/858 mbps

Overall very happy with our stay. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed/under repair at the time of visiting which was part of the reason we chose it. A neighbouring bar did stay open quite late on a couple of nights which kept us awake until a member of staff told them to turn it off.

Well located, close to airport and shopping malls. Large spacious rooms. Good breakfast selection. Free shuttle to airport is an added bonus.

Lack of linens. Only towel and floor matt provided, no handtowels or facewashers. Additionally, the hotel promotes 'Happy Hour', 2 for 1 drinks. The small sign outside (on A4 sheet) shows a different (higher) price to the menu prices (which guests refer to when ordering). Whilst it may be technically correct on the hotel's part to charge the higher price, per the sign outside the restaurant, the mismatched information is misleading and leaves a bad taste. The cocktails actually weren't great quality either, but luckily we'd only ordered two serves.

I liked the location, very very accessible to the airport (5 mins. away), just right in front of the pasalubong center. You can easily ride a tricycle (Php 100/way) or multi-cab (Php 12/head per way) going to the must-try restos along Rizal. This hotel is kid-friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast food is buffet and included in the deal. Free airport shuttle. Staff and security guards are nice. And most of all, Spike. 🐶 Thank you for welcoming us! 💙

The pool is nice but needs a little more maintenance. We had several insect bites when we swam in the pool.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. They provided transportation to and from the airport, which is very close. It was quiet surroundings. Arranged laundry and also sight seeing tour bookings. Lot of electrical outlets in the room separate spacious bathroom and toilet. Bed was comfortable.

There was no mirror in front of the wash basin, which was very inconvenient , probably missed by the room decorators as they had lot of other unique decors. No soap bar. Not near city center or beaches. But the tricycles are available readily.

The property was close to the airport and to the nearest SM (shoemart-shopping centre), close to bars and restaurants. The hotel had an amazing shower pressure and bathroom was decently sized, and loved all the mirrors. The staff were so kind and booked a lot of our transfers and tours! Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were amazing, but the hallway noise reverberated through to our room constantly and could hear the faintest chat/walk around our floor. This is now me being picky, I would still rate this hotel a 10/10, but if I really did have to choose something, it would be that.

Excellent location near the airport. Free shuttle service is provided by the hotel which is nice. Larger than normal rooms, comfy big bed and the best hot shower I had in the Philippines. Food wasn't too bad at the hotel, recommend the mango shake.

Had miscommunication with the hotel staff regarding the excursion, which got cancelled. Was bit upset the staff didn't call the room to let us know. Instead of us having to wake up at 6:30am. My only gripe is the size of the TV and the fact it is not a smart TV. Honestly this would make the room perfect and I would happily rate it 10/10.

Excellent place, staff very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good. Very nice big room, with 2 double beds, kettle with tea and coffee bags, toiletries, fridge, flat screen TV, nice fluffy towels, everything very nice. Excellent place. A few more pool chairs will be handy. A bit more attention on the swimming pool will make it perfect. Highly recommended. 5 min walk to the airport. They offer free shuttle as well. There are a lot of restaurants on a walking distance

Swimming pool needs a few touches

1. The room is very large with the daily rate I am paying. 2. There is a complimentary breakfast. 3. Very close to the airport as they picked us up and 5 mins later we arrived at the hotel. 4. I had an issue with a local SIM card in my mobile phone, and the front desk staff at that time was very helpful and patient with me as I made several trips to bug her about it.

1. There is really nothing to complain about except I hope the complimentary breakfast could have more western dishes as the tenants are mostly likely coming from abroad.
