Aziza Paradise Hotel

Was a good week of relaxation. The staff where very polite and addressed us by Sir and Mam. They always wanted to help and did the best to assist when possible. The room was big and had enough space to unpack or bags so we didn’t need to live in packing cubes. Air con was very good!

the only fault was when we requested a bottle of Champaign into the room as it was a birthday. It never arrived and I had to go to the bar and ask what was going on. Once the we got to the bottom of the situation, they where very apologetic and everything was solved. The next day they came out and sang happy birthday and we all laughed about it. Also there is not a lot to do around the property apart from shoppings malls. If your looking for more to do you might want to look at spending time somewhere else.

Breakfast menu was exceptional for a resort of this size and cost. Western diets were catered for more than adequately and I loved having a chef on hand to cook eggs any way you wanted, the omelettes were mouth watering and the fact you could get freshly cooked bacon oh my lord. Stayed in the Presidential suite to gain more room was good but just lacked a spa instead of just a normal bath, it was large and deep though. Of course the service, outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for any staff member who all made you feel right at home and a part of their family. Shout out to the staff in the dining room, especially breakfast time, I felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant the way they waited on you and ran around bringing you anything you asked for, after second day I didn't even have to order bacon, it was freshly cooked and waiting at my table by the time I sat down with coffee, outstanding!

Pool was adequate size although only 1 was large and well designed, only thing lacking is more shade so you can use the pool during the heat of the day, I tried it once and got sunburnt, maybe some sails would suffice? Swim early in the morning or after sun goes down.

Gen, the housekeeper, was extremely helpful and hospitable and diligent with her work. She prepared our rooms and gave us a 5 star feeling. Great breakfast. There was a water station in the lobby. Lots of staff who are happy to assist. Hotel Transportation to and from the airport. Near Robinsons Mall.

Pillows weren't that soft and fluffy Television was blurred. Sometimes, there was no internet connection despite being connected Sachets of condiments in the room may need re- packaging as it's difficult to open without a pair of scissors. Can include tea as well and not just coffee.

Staff super helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and plenty variety to chose from , I want to mention also the supervisor in the breakfast area for being so helpful and inspiring his staff to deliver excellent customer service. Pool area was spacious and clean Free shuttle to the airport which is alllways a plus and nice touch to have. Will definitely return here when coming back to Puerto Princessa.

The tour I booked for Underground River , I didn't tought is worth the money, I mean for 2500php . But that's not down the hotel that's the tour company.

The staff and the service given to us is exceptional, upon our check in, were given complimentary drinks, ice cold as well and very refreshing, though we didn't have a lot of baggage the port still offered and took our bags and guided us to our room, the rooms were tidy and clean, and the A/C blew ice cold. I was really hoping to try out the pool, in the pictures on booking.com, it looked amazing, my compliments to the photographer, its a little smaller than what I had had thought to be, still a decent size pool to relax in, i do wish there was a hot tub. There is one restaurant that is connected to this hotel, as well as a bar, and spa. There is also a pizza bar outside near the pool, that serves drinks, unfortunately i didn't have time to be able to try it, it looked interesting. The restaurant has decent selection of food to choose from, this is also where they serve a buffet style breakfast in the morning from 6-10 AM. I Especially enjoy the selection of Filipino food, as well as simple American food served here, really tasty, i definitely would try it. They also accept cards, which came in handy. Our room did come with a small balcony, that had a hanging rack which I much appreciate.

Our room was on the smaller size in my opinion, but given the surrounding amenities, its okay. I also had a mix up, i thought I had paid for this hotel in advance, I guess I did not, but luckily they accept card so i paid with that, probably my fault and needed to double check that.

Great breakfast buffet with vegetarian options. Fresh pancakes and omelette station. Serving native dishes with very accommodating and helpful staff - especially Josh & John!! They were super friendly and made sure we were always happy and enjoying our stay. Free shuttle from airport is very useful, especially as we were coming in late at night. Peaceful music during the day and live music on the weekends at night which makes a great atmosphere. Large pool to do laps in and the trees surrounding provide shade.

Nothing, the location of the hotel is more of a stay in the resort and have tours booked kind of vibe. Not really a place to be walking around exploring.

The breakfast was fantastic! The food was exceptional, especially the beef tapa, chicken tocino, pancit bihon, and dinner rolls. The hotel restaurant has an egg station and the lady staff prepares delightful sunny-side-up eggs. The dinner selection is also impressive, so there's no need to go outside for dinner, especially if you're already tired from the day tours. Additionally, the pool is amazing and the hotel even has a pool bar.

While we were staying at the hotel, a big group of local government officials checked in too. They were extremely loud, making a lot of noise, and even smoking on the hotel premises, which was quite unpleasant.

Very accommodating and at a great value! We booked 5 rooms for the same day and we’re able to upgrade as well. Favorite amenities were the beautiful pool area, the recreation area which includes a pool table and bar and the restaurant which offers room service. They also offer complimentary shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. It’s situated right in the city which would be convenient if you were to need to get around. All and all would highly recommend for families, or anyone traveling to this area.

The pool is quite warm but still very nice and clean.

First of all thank you so much to Jessica with superb coordination , responsive supportive, friendly and approachable. Her customer service ethics is highly commendable. Its a pity we did not met her personally. Breakfast, staff and services were awesome. We re running of time they were helpful and considerate. They packed our breaky for 9 pax. Room - very clean. Pool - not able to use as it closed at 10pm not enough time for travellers with full of activites for a short period of stay. In summary, ecxellent stay at Aziza Paradise!

We have very short stay, did not explore much.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular the waiter Ivan who made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond. Food at the restaurant was delicious and very good value for money (huge portions!) General manager introduced himself and gave us some tips for our ongoing travel which was kind. Good pool area. Good size bedrooms. Good TV that can connect your phone to.

WiFi wasn't great and cut out a lot. Could do with some TLC in the rooms and around the pool area ie wallpaper slightly coming off walls, chips in pool tiling, but nothing too major and we could see that renovations were already underway. Shower room where we were told we could shower after checking out before our evening flight was covered in bugs (nowhere else in the hotel had been so we were unsure as to why).
