Hibiscus Garden Inn

The staff was very accommodating. There were nights when we got to our place late and there was always a security guard that welcomed us back and led us back to our room safely. The vibe inside the place felt luxurious and so my family loved it. We loved the backyard and the bathroom. The bathroom was beautiful with a nice, spacious shower area.

The room was big, but it was a bit dim. There was only one ceiling light in the middle, which was not enough to light the whole room. There was a desk, but it did not have a lamp, which I think would have made it better. We also had to borrow a sweep since the room was a bit sandy. The floors were dusty when we arrived. Also, the corner where the bed was had ants and so that was a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel had a beautiful setting with a very well maintained garden and excellent pool which was even better than in the pictures. The staff were so kind and helpful when answering any of our questions. It was very quiet and felt removed from the street despite being right on the side of it. It is also conveniently located for a walk to Pristine Beach. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport. I loved the hibiscus bushes dotted around 😍! True to its name. The shower had excellent water pressure.

There wasn't much natural light in the room as there was only 1 window, but as we spent most of our days outside it did not matter that much. However, if you want to stay in to read or work, it might be a disadvantage. There was no kettle in the room but I could ask for it for my thermos easily from the restaurant, so not a big deal. There were a lot of mosquitoes when out and about, which is none of the hotel's doing, but it did stop me from having a relaxing lie-down in the hammock or in the shades next to the pool as they would go for me despite having antirepellant on, so for this reason alone I wasn't able to make the most of the outside areas in the hotel, which were indeed very beautiful and well maintained.

we had a wonderful week at hibiscus inn. The staff was SO nice and helpful all the time. The rooms were neatly cleaned and sufficient in terms of space and furniture. the restaurant is incredible - you can order food from all around the world, and it is really delicious and high quality. The breakfast has a variety of sets to choose from too, and all of them were really good. The staff helped us throughout the week, and we booked two day trips via the reception, which was very smooth! We also had massage two times which was great. overall, if you look for a place to stay in PP, this is the spot! We are so happy we chose this place and we will definitely come back! bad Wi-Fi

In the heart of the city, very convenient. And at the same time, a little tropical paradise, quiet and relaxing. Great pool and hammocks. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is very good too!

There is nothing I did not really like. But if I have to mention something... AC blows directly on the beds and cannot really be adjusted in room 6. Bed mattresses are very thin and more pillows would be great. And there are no toiletries.

The all-inclusive feel. There are only 14 rooms so I like that it was less crowded. Very nice atmosphere with lush greenery and comfy rattan furniture surrounding a quaint pool. The restaurant and bar were a convenient addition

Limited wi-fi connectivity. No in-room telephone. However, requests had to be made in person which was only a short walk to the front desk. This hotel does not like to have guests order food delivery, and rather have food ordered from the in-house restaurant

Me and my wife spends 4 nights in this place and we really find the place superb. The staff are friendly especially in the reception area because she give us the room with garden even though we didn’t booked it. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, they also served tasty breakfast. The pool is very good with very pretty landscape and lights. The place is very quiet and you can literally hear the sound of the birds outside. This place is highly recommended. 🥰☺️

Big compliment to the staff, they’re absolute the best! Food is good and affordable, cocktails are great, great service by the staff in every thinkable way (they even physically went to a dive shop for us to book dives, without us asking). They 100% get it! The resort is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Swimming pool is nice and the bar is good, even got some free snacks while drinking. Lovely atmosphere, I would recommend everyone to stay here several days.

Next to the resort is someone who has a rooster which has a malfunctioning clock, it starts at 4:00 AM making noise until the end of time.

We loved the pool and the location! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Filipino food in the restaurant was excellent. The rooms were clean and the general ambience of the hotel was very relaxed.

The room was very clean and tidy, but the towels in the bathroom were threadbare. We also realised we were charged double for our room when we looked into staying for another 2 nights at the end of our trip. We did think that our rate was quite expensive for what it is.

At all in all we can recommend the Hibiscus Garden as one of the best place in puerto princesa. one of the best places we ever was. if you want visit this area you have to stay here. everything is really great. how professional they do all, you can see the patience and the love they have to give there guest the best stay. the owner is really an gentlemen and so friendly. all of the people here

Lovely setting with beautiful gardens. Very chilled vibe. Nice pool & great restaurant and bar providing nice range of food. Staff very helpful, approachable & friendly. Room was basic but had all that you need. nice hammock outside your room for chilling.

The dogs barking behind the building waking you early but only to be expected when the location is in close proximity to local housing. Bring ear plugs for a simple solution.
