Lovely big room with plenty of wardrobe space to unpack ,and a modern bathroom. The hotel was spotlessly clean , the room was made up everyday plenty of clean towels etc . Polite , helpful staff and great location only 10 min walk to main square with loads of cafes , bars and restaurants. We like to get up and out early so ate out though the restaurant at the hotel seemed popular

There were a lot of stairs and no lift ,this wasn't a problem for us (and I've not long had a hip replacement)as need to keep fit !! But can see it being an issue for some one older or with a disability.

The hotel was impressive, with exceptional cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms that truly stood out. The courtyard was a delight, offering a pleasant and relaxing environment. Staff were highly professional and friendly, enhancing our stay even further. Another convenience was the presence of a Zabka store just across the street, which came in handy for quick purchases.

The hotel's location was slightly off the city center, which meant extra travel time for us. Nonetheless, this was a minor inconvenience considering the other benefits.

Good sized room but not quite overlooking the garden as stated. Clean with en suite shower/toilet/wash hand basin and comfortable beds. There’s water and tea/instant coffee available in the room. Very quiet too! A good breakfast is available but you can find cheaper alternatives a few metres away from the entrance.

My only minor worry would be with potential summer heat. We were there over a few unseasonably cooler summer days (for southern Poland). The room wasn’t particularly well ventilated and while there was a decent fan available, I doubt this would be sufficient on the really warm summer nights.

The room was a good size and the breakfast was good - although it needed more than one girl on for topups on busy days. The Location was ok and had a lot of small coffee shops and eateries around it, but it is a good walk into the Old Market Square and main drag

The only issue is that we didnt get new towels, but the room was cleaned every day There was a junior member of staff on checkin and checkout who charged us twice for the room, but once we proved the initial payment, an immediate refund was given and apologies made.

The appartment was clean and was so close to the old town. Staff were friendly enough and we found the booking in and out process faultless. Maid's ensured that we had clean towels daily and also clean the bedding. We would definitely stay at this apartment again giving the opportunity.

The only thing I can fault would be the hair dyer in the bathroom, my Wife was a bit disappointed when she realised it wouldn't work due to there being no plug to plug it in and it was attached to the bathroom so she could use it in another room.

Zulian aparthotel is very vell situated the walk to the main square is around 10 mins but for those who don't like to walk the tram stops outside and it will take you along easily, the apartment itself was very spacious and immaculate and the beds comfortable we chose a garden view and I'm glad because it was very quiet. The facilities are basic but if you're like us and are there to put your head down it's excellent. Very inexpensive and clean.

The room was spacious, and very clean. Bathroom also big. There is also a nice back garden, which is useful to relax and chill out a bit. A Cafe is part of the complex - it has very good cafe and desserts.

No lifts are available - and we were on the third floor. Admittedly they offered to help us take up our luggage. No air-conditioning - only an unstable fan was provided.

The location is really close to the main market, plenty of things to do and see within walking distance Private parking available inside private courtyard, for extra 50 pln/day Excellent breakfast. Overall good value for the price paid, but see the cons below

The quadruple room we got was in the attic/4th floor. The location does not have an elevator, so getting to the room especially with luggage for 4 people was rather challenging. On a positive note, it was just one more reason to spend more time outside :) I'd recommend they would specify this at booking, for us it would have been a reason NOT to choose them.

Room was very clean and comfortable, windows towards the garden made our room very quiet. Breakfast was very good: lots of vegetables to choose from, very tasty fresh bread and generally good variation of food.

Our view from the window was towards the garden (room was very quite) and we have had AC in the room. However, our parents have had a room towards the street which made it noisy. They did not have AC, only a ventilator, so the had to have windows open.

I really liked this property. It was comfortable, I felt safe as a solo female. Staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and it was a nice space to dine. Actually stayed at the Yarden and not the Zullian Apartments.

It was a little noisy caused by other guests, no one was being antisocial just noise seemed to travel. My room smelt a bit funky on arrival but I was able open the windows and air the room. Wifi wasn’t great.
