Hotel Floryan Old Town

Exceptional location right in the old town. Clean, nice towels,good mattresses. Breakfast was really going although previous day we had to choose style-polish,continental etc. But this was only for their convenience. We could choose from quite a large collection.

1.Free parking is located 1km away in the resident building's garage. To get there took a bit of nerves. First we had to find hotel which is not accessible by car as street is pedestrian street. Then you take garage card from hotel and drive to park it. And by foot come back with your bags. 2. Noise from conditioner outside building came uncomfortable. 3. Furniture and decorations look used.

It was a great hotel! Very friendly and professional staff, clean cleaned rooms and incredible location in the center of old town! Traveled by car and was provided a parking space.

Breakfast was varied and was of a high quality - loved the fresh rolls and the chocolate marble cake! Easy to find, easy to check in and out, and the hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff, especially the chap who checked us in and out, were all lovely. St. Florian's Gate greets you as you step out of the front door. Hotel was decorated nicely.

I didn't hear anything (I wear earplugs), but the room was noisy for my other half because she could hear the partygoers on the main street late into the night. Breakfast seating is a little limited for the popularity of the hotel, so it was quite busy and cramped, especially over the weekend. Very dusty under the beds! I dropped a coin and left it under there.

The location could not be better. The family room was big, comfortable and quiet. It did not face the street and we heard no noise from the lively street below. Beds were fine and shower was big and had good water pressure. Breakfast was simple but ok. The receptionist was warm and helpful.

We missed bedside tables by all beds, shampoo/conditioner and comfortable pillows. The soap dispenser was old and dirty and we had to ask for toilet paper refills. The italian restaurant was closed.

We loved the location and kindness of the staff. Plus the breakfast was good.

Only the first night when my husband had to carry our luggage to the third floor. We’re in our sixties now and that was quite difficult. As soon as a first floor room was available, the staff transferred us to that room, much more comfortable for us.

Excellent location (have in mind that parking is remote), with windows to the inner yard it was calm even at day time when pedestrian street was full of tourists.

Towels were worn out, a few even with holes.

Inside the city walls this hotel is very well located. Close to everything. The staff is extremely kind and service minded. Breakfast ok, but without variation.

Cleaning in the room did not happen during our 4 nights stay. Refill of soap dispensers did not take place.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Krakow. This was on the top of the list of best experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

I was impressed with the location of the hotel! Almost in the very center of the old town! Also very responsive staff and parking space. I recommend it to everyone!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I was running late and ended up arriving at 01.30 am but they had 24 hour reception and kept in contact. Extremely tasty breakfast and staff helped arrange a trip for me at short notice. Unbeatable location right in the old town.

Three flights of stairs might not be suitable for some people, maybe there was an elevator but I didn't see it.
