Four Points by Sheraton Warsaw Mokotow

nice modern 4,5* Hotel with free Sauna and Gym, good beds, international Sheraton Standard! In theory free parking in the surrounding streets but hard to find closeby

Even location is in middle of residental and offices area ("Mokotow") the rates doubled compared 2020: Back in July 2020 our rate for a double room (sleeps 2) half board was 295 incl. wine/beer each - 2021 we paid 243 incl. breakfast (Weekend), 2022 we skipped due to high rates and better optin in surrounding (e.g. HI Express), now winter 2023 on a weekend it was 275 plus optional 2x73=146 for breakfast so compare 421 to 243 = 73% increase. During the week the room rate w/o bf starts with 400 Breakfast 73 PLN = 15,5€ (yes competition does same all over the world) for a simple even hot US-Chain breakfast is too much if a coffee cost 7 PLN and a sweet bun at next door Bietronka 2 PLN.

General cleningnes of hotel, comfortable bed, good selection at the breakfast buffet, nice staff at the reception desk. Close proximity to the airport.

I paid for the breakfast at the check in and every morning I had to confirm that I have paid. Once, while I was getting my food, a girl from restaurant approached me and in front of other patrons, said that I had to go to reception, now, to sort it out. The lady at the reception desk apologized immediately and called the resteurant. I could not understand why the girl from restaurant could not walk over her self first. Unnecessary and unpleasant situation that could be avoided by having an update list.

Perfect hotel near the airport. Very clean and comfortable! Restaurant and waitress get from us 101 points from 100!

Guys on reception were “not so hot”!!! They can be more friendly and not so arrogant to the guest! I asked in the morning on Booking-chat price of the parking, it was 60PLN. When we came in the evening, guys on reception sad “oh no! it’s old information… the price is 80PLN”. And we paid 80 🤷🏻‍♂️ Are you kidding?

Overall tidy hotel with rather good breakfast with a variety of choices. Rooms are clean and were cleaned every day. Refilled bottles of water, coffee etc. Quiet room. Good size too.

I've booked a double room, and I got 2 single beds. Which just means that the hotel doesn't know how to hold a reservation only knows how to take it. (That was booked in advance). Rooms airconditionning was pretty bad and barwly working. With there was more toiletries.

The bed is not as comfortable as beds in Sheraton Hotel. Actually the only reason I chose this hotel was because my expectations regarding bed (stayed in many Sheraton hotels before) were too high. We had a long trip and needed some rest. So I kept high expectations in regards to comfort. Though it’s not Sheraton 😊 Apart from my high expectations, our stay was good.

I stayed here with someone on New Year's Eve and this hotel and experience exceeded my expectations. The lobby was gorgeous and spacious, the room was beautiful, the beds were some of the comfiest I've ever slept in. The bathroom was wonderful with amazing shower pressure (though it was a shame there was no bath). We ordered ice buckets and room service and the staff was wonderful. The room was cleaned and re-set to an amazing standard the next morning despite the fact that we used all the amenities the night before. In terms of the location it was perfect for me seeing as I was visiting my grandparents who live in the neighbourhood. For tourists, perhaps it might be a little far out, but we had everything we might need right under our nose including convenience store, restaurants etc. Outside the hotel is a bus stop which in one direction takes you towards Galeria Mokotow if you want to do some shopping and in the opposite direction takes you to the nearest metro stop, Wierzbno. So if you want a gorgeous hotel that is in a bit of a quieter neighbourhood than Centrum but with easy transport links then this is still amazing. It's about 20-30 mins into central Warsaw depending on how the buses are running, 40 if you want to go to the Old Town.

My one complaint was that our fridge seemed a little on the warm side, hence why we had to order the ice buckets for our alcohol and drinks. Someone kindly came up to inspect it but it never got to a cold enough temperature and the juice we put in there still came out basically at room temperature even after a few hours. Despite this, I would still stay here again without a doubt.

As it is in the capital of Poland, prices are much higher than in other cities. Other than that it was ok to stay in that place, as our main target was the concert, we only slept at the hotel and that's it. It was clean and comfortable. Location is better for business visiting and if you are looking for hotel nearby airport(10mins by car)

For the first time in my life at check-in, I was asked to show my credit card for the booking, which was strange. So IDK what can happen if I forgot my credit card at home.

Little simple things, that most of the hotels lack, but that boost the comfort so much. For example, the curtains are designed to overlap each other when closed, thus leaving no holes for the light from the street to come into the room. There's a shoe spoon. Those are small things, but they show immense attention to detail and care about guests' comfort. This was the best hotel I ever visited

in Ukraine in Zaporozhya city , there is a Four points by Sheraton and it's a best hotel i ever had, this time in Poland i wanted to see how looks like it in Poland... Like i expected it was amazing... All Sheratons Hotel are the best in the world, super clean, comfortable, very safe , perfect sleep....

If price will be little bit less then Sheraton will be the best 4 stars hotel in the world .

It is located in a quite city part where are a lot of office buildings around. A taxi to the city center costs 5-8€ depending on the destination. The Bolt taxi was available in 5 minutes. The room was clean and the bed HUUUUGE and comfy. Breakfast was good. Underground car parking is really nice to have.

We could perfectly hear from the room, if somebody was raising the voice in the alley.
