Hotel Reytan

The room was welcoming and spacious, while majority of hotels offer very small rooms. All areas were clean and looked modern. The personnel was helpful without being intrusive, and housekeepers did a great job. We were happy to have a kettle in the room and 2 new bottles of water everyday. At breakfast the food & drinks selection is huge, and the serving time (6:30-10:00) is ideal whether you have to catch a flight, run a race (as it was our case), or you'd like to sleep a bit longer. The hotel location is very convenient: you can reach both the airport and the city centre by public transportation within a couple of minutes.

We really liked our stay at hotel Reytan. The only minus was related to some noisy guests - football supporters - coming back at night after a football match, but this is a situation you might find anywhere else... Pehaps the blanket just a little bit too warm? Something too personal to be seen as a bad thing :)

I looked forward to the breakfast spread every morning! The hot and cold dishes were delicious. The hotel staff were also helpful and polite. The daily room cleaning was highly efficient. The room was fairly spacious for two of us, and the beds were comfortable. The shower worked well and there was plenty of hot water.

The room was very warm at night. Even though we used our air-conditioner (set to 20 degrees Celsius), I was still waking up in the middle of the night because of the heat. It was too warm if I used the blanket, but too cold if I didn't, so I had to settle for only partially covering myself with the blanket in the end. The nearest metro station is also a fair bit of a walk away.

The hotel is located on a side street so is quiet. It has a free private parking lot but if arriving by car, you need to reserve a place in the parking lot with the hotel. Alternately, there is paid street parking (free on weekends). The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located about a 1.5 hour walk from the main tourist centre (Old Town). Be aware that the Trams that normally run on the main street nearby are out of commission for the next many months due to street construction. The nearest underground (Metro) station is about 1 km away, and the trams are about the same distance. This is not the hotel's fault. The rooms are average size, clean and comfortable. In spite of many dozen TV channels, only one was in English (BBC news). The breakfast is typical European fare, comprising breads and buns, cold cuts, cheeses, and some very watery scrambled eggs.

The rooms do not provide a safe. I found the pillows too huge (0.5 m x 0.5 m) to be comfortable, although my partner thought they were fine. The hotel provided several smaller pillows on request.

We came to Warsaw to meet our son who’s studying for one year at PW. We liked everything: the entire staff we met was friendly and helpful; the facility is really nice: our room was exceptional, everything is modern and clean, all amenities are available and it is quiet during the night. WiFi connection stable and working pretty well. Our bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean with all accessories available. Well linked to public transport (which is absolutely great in Warsaw!), the hotel is close to Łazienki park and other places to be visited in Warsaw. Breakfast super and tasty with a variety of choices, salted and sweet. Overall, we feel like we had a five star service

The hotel is super well located in an area that has many amenities around (restaurants, museums, clubs, etc.), and it's easily accessible by public transport. It is also a 20-minute ride from the airport. The rooms are a good size and they're very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best part. It was super tasty with many options to choose from. Definitely one of the best breakfasts I've ever eaten. The staff is helpful, and although not overly friendly (this is just a cultural difference), they help you when you need it.

It could get a little noisy in the halls sometimes. You could definitely hear conversations going on in the hall while you're in your room. The doors make a beeping sound if you have them open for some time, and someone from across the hall was constantly opening the door at night so we could hear the beeping while we were trying to sleep.

Spacious room, clean and well equiped. Very confortable bed ! Wi-fi of excellent quality ! The hotel itself was not very noisy, so I slept very well. The breakfast was really, really good. I enjoyed it a lot. A lot of choice ... The hotel is very well situated, with quite some restaurants and shops nearby. I did almost everything on foot. I would go back to this hotel !

The english of the staff is limited. At the reception desk, the level of English is OK, but in the rest of the hotel, it is very poorly. And in the bathroom, they put plastic cups for single use. Maybe considering switching to something a little bit more sustainable? For the rest: perfect stay!

Room was pristinely clean. Location is quiet, nearby public transportation stops (few minutes walk to bus stops, 2 bus stops to metro and trams). Reception staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was fabulous, food choice was excellent, three warm dishes, many cold cuts, fresh and tasty. Same for coffee. Complimentary tea bags and instant coffee as well as bottled water in the room. Rooms cleaned daily.

There was a noisy party last night of my stay just outside of my room window. Window shutter could be fixed.

The staff was very helpful and could direct us to a very nice restaurant and provide detailed information on walking to the different tourist sites. The room had enough space for clothes and suitcases and surface to put handbags, maps etc. Room was cleaned every day and coffee and tea restocked. Location was within walking distance of tourist attractions and close to tram station. Plugs for recharging devices on both sides of the bed was very convenient.

My pillow could be firmer.

I stayed in a single room and despite not being very big, the room was really comfortable. Small details like electricity sockets, shelves, lights are placed just exactly where you need them to be. The stuff is friendly and helpful. It is not that far to the Airport so low risk to get stuck in the traffic next day.

The hotel has several separate buildings, and the one we were staying in didn't have an elevator. Which is not critical for the 3rd floor but was not really comfortable to go up with all the luggage.

Very cosy hotel, felt like at home. Located on a quiet street, some rooms overlooking the inner yard that is so green and pleasant with the birds singing in the morning :) Room was clean, warm, comfortable, with drinking water, tea, coffee options. Simple, but very nice designed, enough space inside, with 2 chairs, writing table, good lightining, really cosy and beautiful.

I would choose harder mattress and pillow as to my preference, for me were too soft :) Would be great to have warm porridge choices for the breakfast. Otherwise, all is great!
