Novotel Warszawa Airport

Swiming pool outside- we had a great fun with kids. Breakfast is so good! A huge choice of anything you could wish! Only this cost its money! The bar downstairs provides faur combination of dishes. Pasta with prawns was excellent as well as local house wine. However the bill was a bit higher than expected, probably because of drinks.

It is a bit “tired” hotel, with the impression that it needs removation. It is not a walking fdistance from the airport, and there is no shuttle bus. Hotel says that Ele taxi brings guests for free, but taxi drivers refuse to do so. Luckily the trip is cheap. Sauna is outdated, and you cant use it for kids ( no access for kids). After swimming pool in a chilly day, i eould love to have a chance to enter.

I recently spent a week at Novotel Warszawa Airport and found it to be a convenient choice due to its proximity to the airport. The functional gym and outdoor pool were definite pluses for me, providing options to stay active and relax. The inner courtyard with its beautiful garden added a touch of tranquility to the setting. While the rooms showed some signs of wear, the bathrooms seemed to have been recently updated, which was a positive aspect. The breakfast selection was quite good and set a positive tone for the day. However, I wouldn't recommend the hotel restaurant for other meals, as my experience there wasn't as satisfying. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay more comfortable. All in all, Novotel Warszawa Airport offers a convenient stay with functional amenities, though there might be better dining options outside the hotel.

I can't really say I didn't like them. I think it was more of a I was not used to them. For example, there were no washcloths in the room. I had heard talk of this, so I brought my own. Another thing was that I had to request my room to be cleaned. In America they clean it no questions each day so it was just different not anything wrong the only issue I had was with the address when I would type the address in for the hotel, it would take me to homes that were behind the hotel. I ran into issues with delivery drivers that would come to the hotel. Some of them didn't deliver the food due to this issue.

We were drawn as "guest of the day" and it looked like real luck :). We wanted to spend one night close to the airport before the journey. The hotel is excellent, everything is on a high level. We also received a free welcome drink in the bar and a free taxi to the airport! For the price we paid, it was a service not 10/10 but 12/10. Felt like a VIP guest. We paid 350 PLN for the night, what was like half or even less of a price for other hotel in the airport area.

The ONLY problem we noticed was a bed. As we ordered a room for 4 people (including <14 kids, what we stated clearly in the order) the second double bed was really small (maybe two kids aged <5 would squeeze there).

great location, only few min away from airport. can reach on foot or bus or taxi. numerous shopping centres located in area as well as city centre with all attractions. Outdoor pool with towels and sun lounges available at the pool. Breakfast option available to pay at the hotel with good choice of meats, sausages, eggs, fruits, waffles. Table tennis and kids play area available for kids. Earlier check in also can be arranged for extra 60 zloty, this was a great option for us as we arrived at the hotel early morning. comfortable beds and good size bathroom. Strong water pressure in the washer!

Like the property and for sure will be back again. Maybe just to expand a bit on kids activities, additional table for tennis, as it was too many takers to play :))) otherwise nice place for short and long break with or without kids.

Everything was PERFECT from room service, front desk, restaurant/bar to spa staff were fantastic. The pool, gym and sauna were great. The massage at the spa from Ms Thrish (I apologies if I have miss spelt your name) my partner was in heaven compliment after compliment she had never experienced such a relaxing massage.

80pln = $19.50 for breakfast per person is very high considering for that price in Poland you can quite easily have a breakfast and lunch for two for 80pln.

Loved the pool, it was perfect for the children. Room was clean and adequate size. A complimentary bottle of water every day in the fridge. Great shower. Generous food portions in the restaurant. Lovely outdoor space. We were a large party going to a wedding and stayed five days, so maybe not the usual overnight clientele for an airport hotel but the staff were helpful and accommodating. It was easy and cheap to get bus or taxis to and from the city.

Bar service was a bit slow and ran out of some mixers for a couple of days. Maybe we drank them all 🤣. Not a huge problem for us but thought if the hotel had a toilet outside near the pool it would prevent people dripping into the lovely clean toilets inside the main foyer, so might be worthwhile addition for the hotel.

Everything I liked about the accommodation .. The location of the hotel near the airport .. The cleanliness of the place is very .. The hotel facilities such as the lobby and the swimming pool were very special .. One of the most important advantages of the hotel, the reception stuff like Julia, where I had a situation with the taxi that I rented by my self She was there at the time, and she was next to my family and acted professionally and with great care.. I even offered her money for her helping and standing with us but she refused and said that was her duty.. Thank you Julia.. Thank you Julia.. Thank you Julia.. Every thing was nice

Great value for many , large hotel which my kids love it as you could walk around. Nice outdoor space . Great breakfast. Will be staying again .

One complain . At breakfast should be a staff checking in waffle machine ( clean it from time to time so doesn’t get stuck ) as my son got badly burned , and was no one to help him , other parent rushed to help . It is dangerous, he got burn as could not remove it ( and has done it many times before ) .

Very good service. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I asked for faster check in because I was tired after long passage and it wasn’t any problem for them. These days it's getting harder and harder to get an early check-in. The hotel day is usually getting shorter and has nothing to do with 24 hours. Novotel Hotel doesn’t makes problem with earlier check in. Very nice is also the option of free taxi transfer between hotel and airport.

Can be a little cheaper :)
