It was the most beautiful three weeks I spent as a new mother with a baby girl and with my mom it was her first visit to Qatar everything was more than i expected all the employees were helpful and cheerful especially the cleaning service the sisters Sita and Sital they were wonderful and worked with complete honesty. They cleaned every day, changed the sheets and cleaned every place they made my mom happy and felt like it's home ,the security service , the reception Bushra, Ariane, manager Sir thoufeeeq All of you made my time unforgettable and this will not be the last time thank you so much.

The best of all was the service and thoughtfulness we received both from the hotel and the staff. We asked for an early check-in that was kindly provided in exchange of a small amount of money. The hotel was also flexible with swapping the breakfast due to early departure. The staff was extraordinary kind and supportive. We loved the wide variety of food offered for breakfast and welcomed the comfort of the bed as well as the silence in the room.

The sofa-bed was not the most comfortable and we had to wait a bit for the properly sized sheets. Also the cleanliness of the room and bathroom could be improved (very dirty floor).

The hotel is fine, the building itself is a bit old and so are the rooms, but it's kept clean. The room is spacious and clean. Location wise, it's next to a mosque and small shops and restaurants and within 10 minutes drive to the airport. The staff (Bushra) is very professional and handles multicast efficiently. She allowed us early check in for free because we told her that we would be checking out early. No shuttle was available to or from the airport. Price was high, but we arrived during the Asian cup.

Electrical outlets are old and charging a phone took hours.

When booking this property there were only two things I read that weren’t great - the parking (which didn’t bother us at all as we weren’t travelling with a vehicle) and a few comments about a smell from the bathroom. Well I can confirm there was no smell in our bathroom! The room particularly given the cost was fantastic. It was so spacious, the bed was super comfortable and very big. The sofa beds (two single sofa beds) were made up for us on arrival and very comfortable. The shower ran hot with good pressure. The pool was great - especially the specific children’s pool and the staff were all so friendly and kind. The communication prior to arrival was wonderful too. This was a great room With everything we needed for a two day layover.

The room was clean, large and rather exceptional for the price. Was it a little old and outdated - sure - it is clearly not a brand new hotel and the tiles etc show that but it was clean, spacious and comfortable. It did have a constant sound from the aircon but nothing of concern. The breakfast was nothing outstanding and many things had run out and weren’t replenished by 10am but some hot toast, hash browns and scrambled eggs still hit to spot. The property itself was tucked away a little but still a very easy walk into the metro, food outlets and the esplanade.

It’s very convenient for families because rooms are big and provided with all your needs

The parking is a disadvantage. The basement parking is very badly designed, we need up hitting out car because the entrance and the exit is very narrow and deep so it’s almost impossible to exit without hitting the car specially big cars :(. Also, the breakfast is less than average, it has good options but the quality is food is not tasty. I would definitely come again but I would not take the breakfast option

The old architecture of the hotel was fascinating. The staff very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and amenities were fully provided. The hotel is very quiet and suitable for those who want to have a real rest.

The location is on a narrow street and quite far from downtown. The metro station was not far but very few taxis are passing nearby. Should walk to find taxis on other roads or use car with driver apps. The breakfast was good but not very rich. Should provide expresso machine to the guests rather than hot water and instant coffee.

Clean room with comfortable bed and amenities. we stayed at the family room , very big room . At first, the kattle not working and we ask reception to change it, right away they sent house keeping with new kettle. wifi is working properly in our room, we stayed in 5th floor.

The shower is bit leaking, so if we took shower some water will go behind the curtain. But we didn’t bother to ask to fix it cause we only stay 2 days , overall is good.

One of the first thing will notice abon entering the hotel is the welcoming smile of the receptionist where all thr staff were very accomdaing and helpful and the room service were helpful and fast . In the end The hotel was value to money was great and the best part of booking in the hotel were Aria the receptionist were she was helpful all the way until we checked out and kept providing us services with great smile.

Worst experience is trying to finding a park for your car where the area can crowded and finding a park could be a nightmare

It’s an older facility but the character is stupendous! solid wood doors, interesting architecture. The street life at night around there was exceptionally interesting. No high end tourists, just hundreds of interesting people from all parts of the globe congregating after their work day.

When my wife and kids (teen aged girls) walked alone they got a lot of attention of the staring kind. I don’t know if it went as far as leering but the kids told me it was night and day different when I walked with them. with a 3:1 ratio of men to women in the country it’s expected to have some tension, but nobody should feel uncomfortable. Anyway at no time did they or me feel unsafe and, in fact, Doha is one of the safest places I have ever been.

The room was comfortable and clean. The facilities were good but the iron was not working properly. The kitchen was having all required items.

The room needs to have a bell because if the door locks with the card inside we need to knock the door for the person inside to open it. The toilet shattaf is placed on the wrong side (left) which should be on the right side for ease. The parking is too tight and car cannot be parked easily and no parking outside is available during the night.
