Century Hotel Doha

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality extended to me at Century Hotel. 😊 I must say, I am truly delighted with my stay at your esteemed hotel. From the moment I arrived, your warm welcome and kind assistance made me feel right at home. Mr. Hashim Hussein (Manager)exemplary behavior and friendly demeanor towards me and my companions were greatly appreciated. 😄 I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for ensuring that my stay at Century Hotel was not only comfortable, but also memorable. The impeccable service provided by you and your team has undoubtedly left a lasting impression on me. Once again, thank you for your remarkable hospitality. I am truly happy to have had the opportunity to stay at Century Hotel. 😊

From the reception from the assist of Ms. Phiby, as she assist us and making we have the best room, to the dinner buffet from the Sushi night at Asian Taste which we have assisted by ms.janet and and mr glen and we've always checked by the manager if we got all we need and even invite my son to watch chief Reggie on making sushi. Because of the superb Studio room i've got, i extended my stay for another night and assisted also by ms jeremie. In short all the staff who we encountered are very good, all the facilities specially the pool which the only main reason of our staycation

The only things i didn't like is when ive called the reception and asked for a make up room and the reception who answer was in rush and saying " ok will send some one to clean" and just drop the call and while i was out for 3 hours i was so disappointed to see that they didn't clean it and only clean at 3 at the afternoon

The view was amazing And clean But they don't check what they don't have or have like to toothbrush shampoo. Coz when I came I need to request for that. It has good pool also not deep but it's ok

The Arabic man receptionist 6am I called to ask where the breakfast lounge was and he told me it was on the 3rd floor but no. It's the 1st floor When I get there I see some people checking the 3rd floor So it's not only me he said that. I was shocked and it's kinda not good behavior for the receptionist.

Friendly staff, spacious accommodations (Booked a suite), strategic location (Near Souq Waqif, Mushaireb, Museum & Cournish). I Would definitely repeat the experience and include the breakfast offer next time.

Car parking is a challenge especially for SUVs and tall cars, the convenience store is a bit far and does not satisfy the needs of tourists. shower area does not drain fast enough (needs larger drain outlet).

Hotel room was very comfortable and clean and with a nice view of the museum. Breakfast food was very nice! They also helped us arranging a nice tour driver who took us around the city and took us the main touristic places in Doha. Staff is super cordial and friendly, specially the housekeepers. Thank you all for our lovely stay.

One of the windows in the room had concrete/paint marks from the “construction”? I also didn’t get any information about the transfer, although this didn’t bother me much because we ended up using Uber which is super cheap in Doha.

I had just a short stop-over stay in Doha. The Century hotel is close to the National Museum of Qatar and not too far from the airport. So it was a perfect way to make it a relaxed, great stop-over day. Staff was friendly and there to help when needed.

There was a lot of construction work going on in the area around the hotel. Expected that though: after all the world football championships are around the corner. So definitely not something to blame the hotel for. And this construction work did not translate into lots of noise etc. Just that the street near the front entrance was a bit messed up because of it.

Everything. I enjoyed my stay here and it was amazing well spent off. the staffs are kind and approchable. special thanks to sir Hashem for very accomodating, He is so kind, he never let us to wait longer while waiting for room to be ready, he upgraded our room to executive suite as he noticed We were tired from work. plus the hotel facilities mesmerized me. i loved the bath thub. i will surely come back again!

They facilitated an earlier check-in which was good. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

They charged me twice for the room but they did correct this promptly when I pointed it out to them. The staff in the cafe were not very friendly or attentive. They didn't allow a late check out (1hour extra) even though I had booked a spa treatment at check out time.

It was a great experience as I was in Doha for the World Cup but the best thing was a staff member called Fairouz he is literally the best person in the whole experience he was very nice helpful and I recommend everyone going to this hotel to ask about him if they need any help. Overall I’m satisfied

we appreciate too much the personnel who works at night in the reception , he`s arabic ,so helpful , and good man As well as , a short Filipino lady for house keeping she`s so cute and so clean , i appreciate her efforts . thank you so much
