Millennium Plaza Doha

A very nice hotel. Very good price-quality ratio. It is a 5 * Hotel, of course it needs a bit of refreshment, but as I wrote, the attractive price makes it a very good offer. We had a superior room. Everything was ok in it. It was clean and comfortable. Good location, 5 mins walk to Al Sadd metro station. I read quite a few reviews on booking that the staff is rude. In our case it was completely the opposite. The staff was very nice and helpful. Not just one person, but everyone at the front desk, security and bell boys. We arrived at 7am and had an early check-in for a small surcharge. The reception provided us with free water and coffee. From start to finish I can only give positive comments. Thank you!

To be Honest it was the best stay I ever had, I have been in Many Many hotels around the world, but this one was just perfect, not a single mistake ! .. Very well trained staff, Great facilities, Long story short everything was just above the expectations, the system doesn’t allow otherwise I will give you 11/10 guys, keep it up! From the reception staff till the housekeeping to the GYM guy .. you guys are all well representing this Hotel. It was just Great 28 Nights Stay ..

The staff was very nice and accomodating in everything asked. I was even able to get my breakfast to go due to my very early check-out. The room was especially spacious and neat. The bathroom was very clean, well kept and well stocked in the event that you forgot anything. I loved the fact that I got a shower and bathtub seperately. Breakfast was varied and delicous. The location is amazing also. There are several options to grab a bite or have a lovely dinner relatively close by depending on what you are looking for. There's a metro stop within a 5 minutes walk with a good connection to major sights in Doha, and only two stops away from the big transfer station to the other metro lines. All in all definitely worth it, a great starting to point to discover Doha and a great place to recharge at the end of the day.

There's nothing I didn't like.

Since they asked for breakfast close to the room price, after a small discussion, I preferred a room without breakfast.

The air conditioning cools perfectly, the location is very good, you can easily reach anywhere you want. The room was big and very nice, I think they only need to renovate their bathrooms a little bit. The free car park is a separate beauty. There is a huge air-conditioned terrace for smokers like me (there are also hookah services) All the staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip.

- Very kind staff for various reasons (brought a bed free of charge to our room, in our country it’s unheard of). - A breeze checking in and checking out. Made our 14hour layover seem so easy. - Very nice touch of personalizations on the TV - Room service was impeccable (Pizza’s may be a little to salty)

- Even though there is a language barrier. The security at the door was unnecessarily cold and unpleasant. - Same thing when checking in, maybe it’s not part of the education of when talking to a client you look at him, listen to him, don’t plane ignore him (the Rest of the staff were sweethearts) - If it weren’t for theses 2 factors I’d give it 10/10

Hotel rates were reasonable. Room good sized. Location good if you have a car. There are some fast food places opposite side of road, you can cross on the pedestrian bridge. There also a couple of restaurants on buildings on both sides. There are four elevators, so no delays.

Bed not comfortable. Hotel looks old, some furniture is stained. Car park entrance is narrow, risky for big cars. However, there is valet parking. Breakfast very expensive if booked with room. But cheaper if booked upon check-in, but must be for whole stay.

Everything was perfect, the cleaning, location and the receptionist staff there were friendly and helpful, and the room service staff was amazing.

the guy at the gym and the receptionist at the spa were not good enough, not perfect, specially the the Philippine girl at the spa receptionist was always looking at her phone and didn't give more attention to the customers, and the biggest problem was the guy at the gym was enter the women spa room to clean it, what makes my wife didn't enter, it should be a girl not a boy to clean the women spa section.

Room size, pool & gym. Breakfast was only ok, but it still had all the basic stuff from meat and sausages to fruit and vegetables. Very close to metro station.

There was nothing wrong, or what I specifically would not like, but I am sorry to say that it did not feel like a 5-star hotel. It is still a great hotel and very good value for the money.

Hotel was super clean, location is perfect close to the metro and in a nice neighbourhood. Staff was super helpful and service overall was amazing. Réception staff ( oussama and abdelfatah and ahmad the supervisor they provided a 5 starts service). My stay with my family was so pleasant I would recommend this hotel 🏨 to all u won't regret it. Price of it is super reasonable

If we only could open the windows at least from the top to change the air at the room. Sometimes we needed to smell fresh air and the air conditioning all the time gave us a suffocating feeling.
