Jump INN Hotel Belgrade

Hey, Rome hotels, you better take notes when you look at Jump Inn Hotel in Belgrade! If this gem existed in Rome, it would be the king of luxury hotels, making others green with envy. Jump Inn is so fresh and new, I half expected it to pop out of a hipster's Instagram post. And clean? It's like they hired cleanliness ninjas who strike dirt with deadly precision! Now, let's talk about the staff—absolute legends! They don't snoop around like Sherlock Holmes; instead, they treat you like royalty. I swear, staying here made me feel like I was a long-lost cousin returning home to a mansion.

Oh, you know, I'm not one to complain, but I had this little genius idea at check-in. As a booking.com genius member, I decided to gracefully ask for a free room upgrade. Well, the staff had a different idea—they thought I was a mind reader! Apparently, I should have flashed my upgrade wishes telepathically when booking the room. Who knew hotel staff had psychic powers? I guess next time, I'll bring my crystal ball and magic wand along. But hey, apart from that mystical mix-up, the stay was a-okay!

The breakfast was excellent with variety of food for every taste. The location is near the Belgrade waterfront and also a walking distance from the center of Belgrade. The staff was very polite and helpful. Also, the cleanliness is perfect. The bathroom was great and very spacious, unlike the room.

The single room is very small. My room had a inner view which means looking at the other guests. The TV was set right from the bed so you can watch very badly. It is not for claustrophobic guests. Also, this type of room does not worth for the money that you spend on it, unlike the other double rooms. Yet, the cleanliness is perfect.

The personnel is very efficient, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good in variety and quality, with fresh fruit and vegetables, cereal, eggs, bread and the usual. Well located near to the bus station and walking distance to the center, the bridges, the fortress, the museum of contemporary art, etc. The room was light, quite large and comfortable, not incredibly clean, but decent enough. Comfortable bed. There is a water cooker for tea, or soluble coffee and a mini bar, but no iron available in the room. There is a small supermarket right in front of the hotel, recommended for water as there was only one complimentary bottle in the room.

Well appointed hotel and rooms, helpful staff, good restaurant made for a good option for an international standard hotel in Belgrade. Convenience store opposite the hotel.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom from the shower drain. Day one some drain cleaner was put down the drain and it improved the situation. Day two more drain cleaner was needed and I asked that maintenance also clear the drain. Day three more of the same and finally it was okay. Same with Air Conditioning. Repeated requests to get it sorted out. The General Manager really needs to sort out their maintenance department. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the city centre and main attractions in an area that is not the best in the city.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the bus station which was great for us as we travelled to Belgrade from Zlatibor. We stayed for one night before our flight home and the hotel was a great choice. We had a free room upgrade, staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. Breakfast was fine. The only slight inconvenience is that the restaurant seems a little small for the number of tourists having breakfast before leaving in the morning. Otherwise, a great place to stay in Belgrade.

We had eight nights at the Jump Inn and this is a great hotel to stay at. Staff are friendly and helpful staff across the board were always happy to help in anyway they could be it with booking tables or setting up a local sim card for our phones. The location of the Jump Inn is also good. Not too far from the main sites, close enough to the bus stations to walk for connections and also close to the regenerating waterfront with its numerous restaurants and calm riverside setting. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was very well controlled. Breakfasts were ample with a lot of variety.

If there was one thing, it would be to say that fruit salad would have been nice at breakfast rather than predominantly uncut fruit.

Good location, comfortable bed and very good wi-fi connection. Breakfast was OK, not that many options, but everything I tried was delicios. Coffee was good, too. Recommend the stay there. With the only issue of the room temperature which is subjective. : )

The room was very cold due to the old (or not closing perfectly) windows and the air conditioner needed some time to increase the temperature to normal levels. The bath was very cold as well and the radiator there wasn't able to get it warm fast.

The staff at the reception desk is very friendly welcoming and willing to help. The hotel is located in a walk distance from all the main attractions and places of interest. The breakfast is delicious with some local specialities, and freshly baked pies. There's a nice hall with little tables and armchairs and sofas, which was very convenient when I had to do some conference calls in Zoom.

I could hardly believe my eyes when I opened the safe-box in the room and found somebodys' black worn pantyhose there! Pantyhose in the safe-box! Was it a compliment from the hotel? I guess not, they were worn... That was pretty funny, I must admit =))

I can’t even begin to describe how good this hotel was. Staff was very friendly, very polite and helpful. They helped to all our problems, and did everything they can to make our stay pleasant. The location is perfect; you can walk to riverside in 2 mins, and to town center (republic square, knez mihaliova) in 5-6 mins (you just have to go up a hill). Our room was super spacious and comfy (it was deluxe room) and easy on the eyes. We even had a river view. We also had room service a couple of times and had dinner and drinks at the hotel restaurant, everything was beyond good and the price was similar to the other cafes and restaurants at the city. Breakfast was exceptional, it had everything for everyone (hot plates, cereals, fruits, yoghurts and unbelievably delicious pastrys with different kinds of coffees, juices and teas. All in all, jump inn has everything a hotel guest may need and it is a super establishment. We will definitely go there again.

The staff was communicative before and during our stay. As we were checking in, one of the staff members came out to help us with our belongings; there is a space right in front of the hotel for you to unload, before you park. The welcoming plate with fruit and sweets was a nice touch. The room we chose had a sitting area separate from the bedroom, so it was nice for my partner and I have to have multiple spaces to lounge when we were at the hotel. With dogs, the green space across from the hotel was much appreciated. The staff was so friendly--cleaning staff, bar staff, front desk staff--they were so responsive and we would definitely go back!
