Breakfast was average, appreciated the fact that the bacon was separate from the rest of the food.

There were no staff available to assist with our luggage. There is no restaurant open at this accommodation, we could not even order a cup of coffee, or get cutlery for food we had ordered for delivery. We booked 3 suits, * 2 of them did not have bath towels. * Our units kettle did not work, I did mention it to housekeeping. * Two of the 3 rooms only had 1 bedside table.

Breakfast was lovely and well presented. Very good and friendly catering staff and waitrons. Location was brilliant. Great coffee machine. Very accommodating reception that helped store our luggage for us before and after our check in/out.

Unfortunately the wifi is non existent. We did request to move rooms due to this (also the generator on the outside set of rooms was very loud). Initially made to feel that this request was unreasonable but reception did ultimately accommodate the change. Generator on the side of the inside rooms could be heard but much quieter on the inside of hotel. Grateful for the generators during loadshedding :-)

The personalized welcome letter makes you feel like royalty, the view was also amazing, very accessible, and very well kept. the b reakfast had peanut butter, the little kid in me jumped for joy.

the breakfast: I wish there were more options but I guess not everything can be perfect, it was delicious though, like if you wanted an omelet instead of a boiled egg or sunnyside up.

The location the area is very upmarket, well guarded and safe, the hotel is lovely it is just the perfect size so trust me it works well while on holiday, nice clean room set up well literally next to Canal Walk Mall, good channels on TV central to all attractions and v and a waterfront

The room doesn't have a mini fridge this is a MUST I would say for any hotel room, the breakfast is good, but nothing special, the housekeeping staff some of them are a little slow

My family and I had an amazing stay! From the time we checked in the service was exceptional and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel is central which made it easy to get around. Breakfast was good and served on time daily. The rooms were comfortable, fresh bedding and towels were provided each day. The rooms I booked had an amazing view of table mountain. Enjoyed the stay and would go back again.

It would be nice to have a bar fridges in the room.

The Hotel is very beautiful and clean and neat.The staff members are friendly and so helpful.The food was so nice especially their breakfast,well prepared always served on time.The hotel it's also situated next to the mall it's a walking distance.

Bar fridges and micro oven must be put inside de rooms

Staff fantastic especially the woman working in the Breakfast room . A 7star hotel would be extremely happy to have here working in their Breakfast room . She sees in less than a second what needs to be done at the buffet. On the table and in Breakfast room all together. One does seldom see that I must say. And I travel a lot a whole lot.

The property has beautiful landscaping, a 2 minute walk to Canal Walk as it’s right next door. Hotel is about a 20 minute drive from the airport. In a safe area.

The pool isn’t as big as it looks in the pictures. Outdated furnishings. The bathrooms are small with no natural light. There is no bar fridge in the room.

Friendly staff. Neat room. Breakfast was very wholesome and offered wide variety each day.

On our last morning, prior to check out, the staff were not accomodating our needs for a takeaway breakfast or for us to eat the said breakfast in our room. Whereas 2 days before that, we were allowed to eat the breakfast in our room because our youngest was ill.

Location near conference centre very good

We arrived late after a delay at airport only to find we did not have a room, im sure the hotel gave our room away but were told we have to get refund from Bookings. Com. We found another hotel and tried again the next morning and went back to hotel. It was a staff issue as he was not helpful at all. It had nothing to do with the hotel it was great
