Location, price and cleanliness. Spacious rooms, basic cooking and eating utensils we're adequate. No wine glasses! Very warm and beds and bedding were ok with spares if needed. Internet good, lift OK tight-fitting fir two people with luggage, so we went as

Rather tired decor, curtains hanging off the poles, balcony doors not fully secure, they didn't lock and the bedroom one didn't shut properly. No hot water in the kitchen so we used the shower water to wash up using a pan to carry it to the sink. Kettle is faulty, blows the electricity so used another pan for hot drinks. Shower tray didn't drain quickly, dinning table and chairs should be replaced! A good day spent working on the apartment to get it to a high standard is all that's required and a new kettle!

Everything was great.. the only criticism I can give is when I dropped something off the settee onto the floor it went under the settee. I moved the sette to retrieve it and it was disgustingly dirty with dust, dirt and broken glass. It had obviously never been moved and cleaned for a very long time. I would have a word with the cleaners to make sure it's moved and cleaned every time it's cleaned.

The house is located directly in the city centre. We received an apartment on the highest floor. It is really spacious and nicely equipped. The equipment is modern and the apartment has everything we needed.

We were 4 people so one couple should sleep on the folding sofa, that wasn't the problem we knew about it and in fact, it would be comfortable. But the system that normally holds the 2 parts of the sofa together has been broken, so one part of the bed moved when we were shifting during the sleep, so we had to be careful not to fall between these two parts. For a short stay is was ok, but for longer, I would recommend this apartment for max. 3 people.

Exellent location!

Key arrangement did not work. They were supposed to send codes before we left home. They didn't and we could not get in. No staff on sight. We had two phone numbers but they did not answer on any. We had to call Booking.com to get the codes. Thank you, Booking.com.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Alicante, on the Mushroom street. It's seems like the whole house, nbr 51 (which has total of 4 apartments) is new. We lived in the top floor apartment nbr 4. It has two balconies, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Bedroom is located on the quiet side of the street. It's very clean and new. It has everything you need. Bed is extremely comfortable, sofa bed not so much. Walking to the beach takes about 10 minutes. Walking to the Esplanada d'Espanya just about one minute. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend this apartment due to location and overall great experience in the apartment & with the host.

There was no kettle , which i reported straight away, and I was asked about a missing hairdryer and iron. We didn't see an iron and had our own travel hairdryer, being 3 women .

Really spacious apartment. Clean. 2 balconies. Lots of light.

Was noisy, could hear the other residents as the apartments are tiled throughout so lots of noise from people walking around upstairs. Would of liked a kettle to boil water - only had a coffee machine that required pods

Very nice well equipped apartment with a small balcony, facing to the street with funny mushrooms. Excellent central location. The apartment has it's ambience for sure. Kids were happy about their beds.

The isolation from noise is quite poor. Somebody from neighborhood came late night, first tried to open our door, then went to the apartment upstairs. And we could hear voices, steps very well :( Coffee maker didn't work.

was a bit rundown compared to the pictures. could have done with more crockery, kitchen towels etc. bed was comfy but the mattresses kept separating. No communication from owner.
