Staff friendly and helpful

No parking. Only street parking and although the staff told me on arrival that parkung on the hotel street was paid by metre but all the cross streets in the area were free if you could find one. But it took me a long tine to find a free space. I would have paid to have a safe place to park for a few days and prior to arriving i was told they would direct me to a nearby parking building which would give discount rate to hotel visitors. This did did not get mentioned when i arrived. 2. The sealant around the bottom edge of the shower was lifting and black mould spots. 3. I would have liked small fridge in room as it was very hot and we wanted to keep our water and drinks cold

I contacted the hotel to confirm our approximate arrival time, and received an email thanking us for the confirmation. We arrived and booked in easily, and our double room was on the 6th floor, easily accessed by the lift. It was warm and comfortable. There were blankets available if needed (which we did) but no spare pillows. The room was clean and tidy, with good lighting, a dressing table and chair, and large mirror. A wardrobe was located in the corner of the room. The bathroom looked fairly recently decorated and was in good order. Reception was helpful, and the hotel is very well located about a 6 minute walk from the main bus station, and 10 minutes to the main shopping streets. Breakfast was included in our room price. We didn’t expect much but we’re pleasantly surprised. On offer was a selection of cereals, meats, cheeses, breads, jams, marmalade, pate, yoghurts and croissants. There was plenty of coffee and a selection of teas. I was very pleased to find a choice of 3 milks, 2 of which were non dairy. All in all, we had a great stay here, and would not hesitate to stay again.

And extra pillow available would be a bonus, as would a shelf in the bathroom as there’s nowhere to put toiletries. Whilst the bathroom was clean, there were empty sachets of shower gel and shampoo stuck by the shower, which hadn’t been removed.

Location, near city centre,,bus & rail. Also main taxi rank. Good price.

This is not the Ritz, I don’t think it professes to be. I paid €48 for an overnight stay. This for a hotel that is a reasonable distance to city centre, bus/train/taxi terminals. I found it clean and comfortable and helpful staff.

Once you get there you notice is an old **hotel and the expectations can not be high due is a **hotel however the bed is above 2 stars. Is comfortable even for someone who has a light sleep, the room is not small is not big, it's a more than decent 2 stars room and the location for us was just perfect. The recommended parking was cheap and close to the hotel but the best of the best was the staff. They were kind, helpful and honest in every single moment. They helped us with our requests for allergens at breakfast, indications for some city sightseeing and restaurants.

ALL was good. We did a good search, before we booked.

The new staff is working with presumption and bad experience. Then we are british, early morning coffee is always with alcohol... Ha, ha, ha....

Excellent location close to bus station and attractions. Comfortable and very clean with very friendly and helpful staff.

If you are unlucky enough to be in the next room to inconsiderate and noisy people you will not sleep

The property is really good located and provides a good service if remote working is needed. When I arrived to the property there was too much noise during the night from the next room, and they changed me of room politely and upgraded also the room.

Room didn’t have Heater and walls are too thin.

Room was very clean as was the bathroom, room had flat screen television and telephone. The bed was a large single and was very comfortable with nice clean sheets and an air conditioning unit that heats and cools. Location was central and only 5 minutes walk to the bus and train station

The Hotel is a bit "old" what does not mean unclean, it was perfectly clean, but not modern or surprising.

Service was nice and warm. The old building had some weird architectural solutions, but it was just fun. I had two beds, soft and the other was harder. So I could choose from my preferred one.

The cafeteria was quite simple.
