stayed there a lot but the bedroom was not very clean ants on bathroom floor hair in sink dirty table on balcony plus all white paint all over the balcony floor

It is one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced. We would have loved to have stayed much longer, but un- surprisingly, there were no vacancies. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with lovely views of the sea. The restaurant was a pleasure to use, well laid out cosy, and welcoming. The variety of food was perfect, and everything looked mouthwateringly good. quality was excellent; it was very enjoyable. All of the hotel staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. As we're the quests staying at the hotel. There are numerous very pleasant and very comfortable seating areas inside. Ideal for relaxing with a drink after a lovely evening walk along the paseo. Outside, too, there are plenty of seating areas and, of course, lounging for the pools. The location was perfect. We are looking forward to a return visit very soon.

The location was exceptional and is beach front with immediate access to a very long beach front cycle and walking path. Food was always good and covers a standard set of dishes with daily varieties. Rooms are spacious and were cleaned daily. Pool and surrounds were well maintained and managed. While the venue was exceptional I wanted to call out the people who really made this special. Robby and his "automacion" team who made the daily activities amazing. Daniel running the bar. Louis and Gustavo who managed the pool area and kept everyone safe.

For a very rare occurrence there is nothing i didn't like. This venue did indeed tick all the boxes

Restaurant was very good, great service from the staff. Our room, a family room was excellent. Nice bathroom / shower, comfortable beds. Lunch and dinner were excellent, with a nice choice of dishes. Hotel was in a great location, offering easy access to the promenade. We took a nice walk along from the hotel to the port and castle, about 2 miles and it was lovely. We stayed full board, but ventured out to some very local bars, less than a minute from the hotel, who were friendly and welcoming.

The area further along the front, were the new hotels were was very run down. We walked along the seafront then back to the hotel via the streets. Such a shame as the area from the hotel along to the port, and old town Roquetus was lovely.

Quite noisy and crowded as a lot of families were on an all inclusive package which kept them at the hotel most of the time. In fairness, we should have researched better as this is what the hotel caters for and is perfect for those families who want a holiday like this. The bar was not very inviting. Our terrace was really small with two chairs and a table that was far too big for the small space, resulting in having to squeeze out onto the terrace past the table.

Lovely staff. The room was fine. The location was really good. Lovely beach literally in front of the hotel with really cheap parasol and beds (€7.00 for two people!) Some interesting restaurants around the corner with different food along with the usual tapas etc. This allowed us to avoid the crowded, noisiness of the hotel and really made the holiday. Would recommend hotel on this basis. Beds big and comfortable.

The staff were accommodating, the food was varied, the location.

The food could be hotter, there are surely in this day and age better hotplates to keep it hotter for longer. Entertainment in the evenings could be alot better, there are some good acts around the areas and not all that expensive. Less variety could mean better quality. Saying all the above 4th time at the hotel and will be back

From start to finish all the staff in this hotel were amazing, we felt safe and well looked after as we were all women on our own travelling to Spain, breakfast was great, we didn't have lunch on our stay but dinner was catered for. I had requested alternative food instead of pork or beef and i was well look after by the chef and the staff. overall amazing stay i would come here again with my children as it was child friend. All of the staff were amazing and friendly even though we didnt speak Spanish they understood us and helped with our request and questions.

Only there for a short 4 night stay, only did B&B, lovely rooms with daughters next door, second floor looking out over pool and sea. 2 big double beds in each, very comfy, decent size. Nice shower and bathroom with housekeeping attending daily. Breakfast had lots of variety, have seen lots of complaint over queues etc….but to be expected in a busy, popular hotel. We always got a table for 4 in the morning admittedly queued for a short while once for freshly cooked omelet and pancakes, served by a very patient, polite hard working lady, let in restaurant a little early on our last day as leaving. Pool a good size and plenty of sun beds, bar prices acceptable. Finally the staff did a great job decorating the hotel for Halloween, looked fantastic and very tasteful and artistic.

Nothing as far as we are concerned, heard one or two moans about food being lukewarm in evening.

We have stayed when it was hesperia owned, but now it is best and a hundred per cent better. The food on offer was exceptional, and the restaurant staff very obliging. We were on half board.

Probably too many all inclusive customers. Staff not treated with the respect. Too much free alcohol available.

Everything was great. We had an excellent holiday overall. The location is fantastic and despite the hotel being extremely full we didn't encounter any problems. The room was very clean and comfortable with great beds and we got wonderful sunrises in the mornings. The staff were friendly and helpful and we would definitely rebook this hotel and highly recommend it.
