Calm place, next to the center of the city

Breakfast wasnt that great, it was normal some mosquitos were flying on it and i didnt like it that much

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, very central. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean.

One of the rooms was very small! Navigating the room at night to use the bathroom with the luggage table at the end of the bed was very difficult. There was barely enough room to pass without stubbing your toes or shins. The balcony was full of air-conditioning fans. The toilet was noisey after flushing. The other room was much better, although access into the room was restricted due to the bedside table behind the door and doorstop on the floor to stop the door, hitting the table.

Great location because it's 2 minutes walking from the main central road and in the city centre. The staff is verey nice and helpful, and they proivide you with a botle of water at your arrival. Breakfast is continental buffet, quality is good. The room was a bit small than expected but the bathroom was very big and overall it was very clean.

The room was quite noisy because on top of the hotel there are flats and the people above us had kids that made a looooot of noise, especially when they were running all over the place. A bit of noise coming from the street too but not so annoying. Airco system was not working properly.

The hotel is on a corner very near the Purchena plaza, excellent for shops and buses. The old town is on the doorstep lots of cafes and little shops. A ten minute walk gets you to the puerto and the playas. Although small the hotel is good for a short stay,.

In our room, which we booked last minute, so was one of the smallest, the main light was seriously bright and there was no bedside light so not the best arrangement. Only one pillow, but on asking there was no problem with obtaining another one. We tried the hotel cafeteria self service continental breakfast one morning, but honestly, it was better to go to one of the cafes withing a few metres of the hotel for the ambience.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Well presented and extremely clean. The staff are superb - the reception staff always always helpful, friendly and immaculate in their presentation and attention to detail. The cleaning and maintenance staff, polite, friendly and do their job incredibly well. The rooms are comfortable and importantly for what I asked for, space for work as well as relaxation. I cannot speak to highly of the hotel except.......

The Wifi is awful. Whether turned off or not maintained it frequently failed and as someone working during the trip with some international deadlines, it was frustrating. And this was several evenings and nights and a couple of daytimes. But for this, the hotel would have been excellent rated

Good city centre location about 20 minutes walk from the integrated train/bus station. The first room we were given had a flicking ceiling light and a funny smelling bathroom but they moved us straight away to another room. Unfortunately the air con in the first room was really effective and wasn’t so good in the second room, but we left it on constantly on the lowest setting while we were there and it was cool enough. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great shower. WiFi worked well. Handy location for shops, market, restaurants and the Alcazaba. We also walked to the beach in less than half an hour. We did try the hotel breakfast. It was fine but there were plenty of cafes around if you prefer to have breakfast outside somewhere at lower cost. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful. Recommended if you need a quick, basic stopover in Almeria.

Room was quite small and cramped for 3 of us. Not much natural light as the window was not onto the street.

Lovely hotel just in the right place. Easy walking to everywhere. Staff friendly and helpful. Could not fault it.

Noise. Every sound amplified by the shape and quality of the building. I know it's designed for cleanliness but people should be reminded that sound carries, especially at night. Please keep voices down and not to let the doors slam.

Been before so knew what to expect. Slight problem with air con and safe but able to change rooms immediately. Very good location at the centre of things in the old part of town. Walking distance of the fort and almost everything else. Staff were lovely as before.

Would have appreciated a reading light at the bedside and slightly softer pillows!

Location excellent, breakfast decent and very affordable, front desk staff always excellent with good recommendations, room was very clean when we entered

The mattress was not very comfortable, and one day the cleaning staff merely spread the sheets and even forgot new glasses. We were especially surprised by this because the other days, cleaning was very good.

Location, staff, cleanliness, wi-fi, balcony. Not loud although very central. Parking is near 12 EUR/24 hrs paid at Reception. Public transport at hand. 15 minutes to the beach.

Early morning cleaning ladies make noises and talk loudly (spanish style).
