Very clean, if simple, rooms with comfortable beds. My three-year-old co-sleeps at home and chose to sleep in his own bed this time, which was a good sign! The restaurant is impressive, with a wide selection of good quality food, especially at breakfast. My husband and toddler enjoyed using the pool. With the exception of one female receptionist, who I found a bit curt when I was returning a pool towel, staff were welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Jose who runs the restaurant - he was great! Overall, the hotel is very good value for money. Very convenient location, just five minutes from Palma Airport.

One abrupt receptionist, as mentioned above. The water in the pool could have been a few degrees warmer (but maybe this is my just personal preference). The lift on the left as you walk in needs fixing. Bidet did not squirt upwards - the water came out horizontally.

Reception is very good and fast. The staff is friendly. Everyone speaks English. The breakfast is excellent, there is no crowd. The air conditioner works great. The terraces are beautiful. The hotel is very old, but everything works well.

It is very very very noisy, because there is no sound insulation. Internet speed is very low. There is no hair dryer, there is a charge for the safe. There is no refrigerator.

Hotel Linda is located very near the airport and also near the beach and many shops , bars and restaurants, but the area in not the fanciest. In fact is quite far from the historic center of Palma. It's not bad at all, it all depends on what kind of places you like most. At the restaurant they have a nice variety of food to choose for breakfast and diner, and if you dont get there in time in the evenings, they leave a cold meal ready for you wich is very nice. They have parking that must be paid in cash and a nice pool. The room has a balcony and was very clean.

They had only 2 very small lifts and one of them was out of order, so we had to climb stairs up and down 4 floors. I am a vegetarian and there were very little options for me in the diner menu. They don't accept American Express. Only Visa and Mastercard.

The Linda hotel is not open, so we were in the Leo. But the Leo is fabulous. The food is good, the staff are lovely, and it is very close to the beach.

People putting towels on a sun bed, and be gone for hours.

Linda has the best price/quality ratio. Breakfast good - contains everything you need - eggs prepared on different ways, vegetables, hams, jams etc. Dinner was quite good - every night there was different type of paella and at least one type of the fish prepared very good. Beside the fish, dinner had soup, different type of meats, cakes etc. Easy to reach the airport, where we took a rent-a-car. Rooms were kept clean - every day housekeeper kept the room clean. Towels were changed every day. The hotel contains a pool which we didn't use. Hotel location is good for exploring the Palma but if you want to feel the real Palma, you will need a car (I can recommend the RecordGo rent-a-car agency -> you can pick up the car on the airport which is 5 mins located from the hotel by bus). Can pastilla beach is really great with clear warm water and sand and it's located 5 mins by walk from hotel

The warm water comes periodically - ie. once you turn on the water in one wave comes warm in second comes cold. The internet connection was broken for couple of days. Once I asked a receptionist when we can expect that the connection will be returned, he told us that he doesn't know without any explanation. Additional charge for safe box

The location was great with everything in walking or, a very reliable, bus ride aeay. We were half board and the food was well cooked, presented and plentiful. Room was clean and well appointed.

The hotel is old and this is apparent in the elevator (only 1 working) as it is small and a bit rickety! We were on the top floor, and rather unfit, or could have taken the stairs! The pool is also showing signs of age and is quite small.

The location is perfect, very close to Airport(with Bus A2 - one station from Airport to Cala Estancia, exactly in front of the hotel). Very good breakfast and dinner (a lot of varietes meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, ice-cream). The room was exactly like in the pictures, a bit old furniture but very clean(everyday cleaning service), very comfortable mattress for sleeping. Very fast wifi and good connection in the room. We had the room with side view to sea(behind the hotel and there is not a direct view to the seaside but still nice). The beach is very close (500m), clean and big(the beach from Can Pastilla to S'Arenal). The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Needs a lot of renovation.

The stuff is very nice and their English is good, which made communication easy. Food is amazing and diverse with a lot of choice for breakfast as well as for dinner. Breakfast coffee is amazing 🤭 The whole place is very cozy and the price is very good.. It is close to the beach (just a few minutes walk) and generally, Can Pastilla is one of the most beautiful places to relax, enjoy your vacation, sun and beach.

The hotel is pretty old so bathroom is a bit annoying to use. Shower takes forever until you turn both handles for hot and cold water to the position where you don't freeze or burn yourself. It wouldn't be a bad idea to renew bathrooms maybe. Other stuff are old too but very clean and well preserved so it wasn't an issue at all.

Good location near to the beach and several shops. Easy to get to other attractions like the water park too. Better price than other hotels in a similar location. House keeping was also done to a fairly good standard in our room with clean sheets & towels provided.

Only one lift was in use at the time of our visit and it was very small, so was a bit tricky with luggage and would imagine it would be difficult/impractical for wheelchair users. The bathroom facilities were a little worn, for example a few tiles were cracked. Seemed to be aesthetic only and was not problematic for practical use but did slightly detract from the experience.
