There were not really any vegan main dishes but the staff tried to arrange at least something so that was nice. Also there were no vegan desserts.

Still a lovely clean well situated hotel, which always has a nice breeze. We like the kids' pool area. Fresh pizza and pudding selection is amazing. Two ladies that served on the pool bar were fantastic and friendly. Always food and drink available somewhere.

Fresh pasta is no longer served to order, so it was often cold and variety reduced. Young man at the pool bar very slow (not, Miguel).

The hotel and facilties were great. Food was nice and adequate. Rooms were lovely. Staff were great, especially Jayne the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. Great location 😁

Nothing we didn't like, but the room layout could be better so the bathroom wasn't inside the bedroom. Not very good for privacy especially if more than 2 were sharing the apartment. Food could have been hotter.

A very friendly hotel from Reception staff to Restaurant, cleaning and most so the entertainment guys. We booked a superb modern room (608) although no view from balcony but we didn’t mind as we were by the heated pool all day. We enjoyed a great selection of hot food which was constantly freshly replenished. The location was so close to the main Avenida… able to make the most of our all inclusive facilities as well as support the local trade.

Breakfast was good. Many choices.

Great complex and location. Clean and tidy. All staff very friendly and very hard working.

The food offering was average for the price. Not as good as previous years but this could have been down to low occupancy due to covid. Would be better if they offered a bed & Breakfast option or a self cater option rather than just All inclusive.

Very nice hotel, located in the center but very quiet. Nice big apartments but only for couples. Not for bigger families. Good meals, nice staff so everything made our stay nice and comfortable.

everything was fine

the location is ideal, near everything (beach, restaurants and shops) but quiet enough to get a good sleep. The decor is fresh and modern and it seems every room has a balcony/terrace which is a bonus. The pool area was lovely with plenty loungers.

The food was varied and tasty but it was rarely hot enough. Not so keen on the glass door to the bathroom being in the bedroom… it’s frosted but not at all private.

We loved the location and the layout of the property which meant everything was so convenient. Also all the staff were extremely helpful particularly Jayne on reception. Food was good and varied so plenty to suit all tastes. Rooms were spacious and easily accommodated 3 adults.
