Staff was super friendly, both at the reception and the little cafe/restaurant. Comfy, big beds. Nice and clean bathroom.
You could hear noise from the hallway quite well. The television turns on each time you plugin your key card for the lights - rather unnecessary, especially since my Spanish is not good enough to watch Spanish TV.

excellent option, even if not it the city center. outside (uncovered) parking for free, clean & comfortable room and bathroom, super friendly and nice front desk & cafeteria staff. a great surprise on our trip throughout Galicia.

The receptionist’s were particularly friendly except one lady when we were leaving the garage, I stopped to put the Sat direction in, which she got upset about because I was sitting in the entrance (No other vehicle 🚗 was trying to exit the garage door was shut) Her manner was abrupt, obviously she rose on the wrong side of the bed! That incident aside it is a clean well run hotel, nice breakfast , minor renovations in the rooms. Required! A little noisy at night, you can’t open the window.
What a shame this hotel is not better located FERROL What a terrible place run down made me think of east Germany Before re- unification almost afraid to walk one area, So DONT Turn left down the hill! Restaurants in Ferrol WHERE !! Don’t recommend a visit it’s terrible.
