Hotel Granada Center

Top quality stay in the centre of Granada. Excellent staff: helpful, friendly and professional. All the facilities you can imagine, wonderful WiFi, delicious breakfast, supercomfortable rooms, quiet area, centre within walking distance and easy access to public transport. Varied breakfast: including continental breakfast and English breakfast. Highly recommended!

Very nice room, with everything we needed. The bathroom was a generous size & included. bidet. The young lad who was undertaking Porter type duties at reception was incredibly helpful. He got a map for us & explained in great detail the places we should visit, including good viewpoints, pleasant areas to walk, etc. He did all this in English for us.

The air con was only in heating mode, it wasn’t working to cool the room. with the window shut the temperature in our room was 26.5 degrees (mid March). This was too hot to sleep comfortably & therefore we had to open the window. Despite being on the quiet side of the hotel, the traffic noise was excessive, for example the dustcart was collecting rubbish at 3.30am in the morning, this made getting a good night’s sleep difficult.

All the staff without exception were very helpful friendly and attentive.The room was really large,with a huge double bed ,and a very comfortable mattress.The bathroom had a large walk in shower with more than enough toiletries.There was plenty of wardrobe space a free to use safe and fridge besides kettle for teas and coffees.It seems everything as been thought of to make for the perfect stay,including a large wall mounted tv.The hotel buffet breakfast had plenty of choices to suit all tastes while the cafeteria served excellent food at reasonable prices. The location was within a 10-15 stroll to the main area for bars and restaurants where it feels very safe walking out.The hotel car park has a lift taking you directly to your floor making loading and unloaded cases a breeze,albeit it does take a little careful driving as it is a little tight. If I visit this wonderful city again the Hotel Granada Center would definitely be my go to choice.

There really was not anything I did not like about this hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants and other activities, including the best way to get to various locations. Staff communicated well in English, which was helpful given our limited Spanish. There are a few markets nearby, which was helpful for stocking up on water and snacks. The mini-bar and hotel bar prices were reasonable.

Although the hotel was within 10-15 minutes walking distance of several attractions and many restaurants, the location was a little further away from some areas than ideal. The hotel has more of a business feel, which may or may not be to your likely depending on our preference.

The hotel is modern with clean rooms and facilities. The staff are super helpful. The location had lots of shops and restaurants around the area in walking distance.

No coffee/tea facility in room. The car park very expensive 18 euro per night and in basement with extremely narrow path, only a very small car could navigate the turns. Street parking very limited and hard to find at distance. The location is not close to city centre. Need to get taxi which cost about 10 euro. Same cost to Alhambra also.

To tourists. Excellent position(with food), facility, house keeping service, reception kindness. Really 4 star hotel will grant to your visit Granada. I got terrace in my room. Never doubt in about to choosing this hotel. All that of your choices will have chances or risks. (but nor, maybe less risk in this place) This place if happened caused by your mistake will be covered by great, greeting staffs in this hotel. And that will make your choices to be better chances. Maybe little bit more walk to tour Granada(Max 10 minute difference) to take bus to Alhambra or Granada tour but you can get more life in culture by walking . through to get to know Granada. Granada. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location was good- not too far to walk to areas of interest but also not too far off main routes for navigation when driving in. Breakfast options were very good ,staff were friendly,the whole are kept beautifully clean and tidy. We prepaid for parking and dinner.The set choice menu at dinner was varied and we each had excellent meals- this was better than I had expected.

Car park was a bit hairy!Fortunately our hire car is small but the car park is VERY narrow. Went to eat in the restaurant but were massively put off by screens on at both ends of the room( even turned down low we find them quite out of keeping with a nice restaurant).Fortunately there were tables outside where it was cool enough to sit.

It was a very nice stay for me and friend Simendea. The hotel is situated very close to the train station which was very helpful. The staff of the hotel was very nice and kind, speaking fluent English, very helpful when asking any kind of questions. The hotel is also pretty close to the centre of Granada, walking like 7 min in order to reach there. It is surrounded by nice, small streets with little shops and cafes so you can enjoy from the very moment you step out of the hotel. We just loved Granada and all the spirit there. Viva Espana, Viva Granada! Olé!

The room was kind of small, but it wasn't a problem, as we were out sighseeing all day long!

The staff were amazing and that's an understatement. Food was beautiful. Really friendly repection staff anything you asked was no bother. It was my mother's birthday so they provided a cake. My sister is in a wheelchair and they were amazing with helping us! They also called us taxis which would arrive in 2 minutes. The service here was beyond 5 stars!! Very clean and big room for us 3. Room service was great. The lobby is beautiful! And the breakfast was very good a mixture of Spanish and English foods for everyone. Cooked items, cereals, pastries, coffee machine. Honestly was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Location was great as well.

Our one-night stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Despite arriving late in the afternoon, we were able to enjoy a delicious dinner right at the hotel. The next morning, we indulged in a satisfying breakfast buffet before departing. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and we appreciated the quietness of the rooms. The highlight was the impressive rainshower. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Elhamba, only a 20-minute drive away, was convenient. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
