The furniture of the hotel is perfectly in line with the mountain style, very nice, clean and equipped with every comfort to welcome tourists who go skiing and satisfy their every request
who knows it needs more staff to take care of the details more meticulously and the sun deck restaurant found it terrible, the staff not attentive at all, slow and unfortunately I had to try the worst foudue of my life

El Lodge is a treat. For us an expensive treat but, worth every cent (penny!). The decor throughout is beautiful and is snug, cosy, opulent and warm in its ski lodge style. The beds are so comfortable and little touches like room sleep humidifiers are great (avoids dry night throats at altitude) If you get fed up with the private balcony hot tub in your room then there’s the most stunning indoor and outdoor pools, tubs and spa. Food is excellent and there’s a huge list of wines from €15 to several thousand a bottle. The ‘locker’ room is more luxuriant and tasteful than my living room! Ski in (to a great sun terrace) ski out down to the gondoliers. The icing on the cake though is the staff and their wonderful service. It’s impossible not to feel valued and special.
There’s absolutely nothing we didn’t like about this place.

The hotel delivered the expected experience, what made the experience "special" was the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. It was the first time on the snow for our 6yo daughter and she absolutely loved it and the hotel staff made it unforgettable. A special thanks to the Generala Manager that made the "extra step" every day.
