Parking of the hotel is quite expensive, considering that there was a free parking just nearby the hotel. We stayed at the hotel on the public holiday but the receptionist didn't tell us that all the parking in the city in that day was for free. Maybe she didn't know, maybe wanted us to stay in the 20€ parking lot of the hotel, we'll never know :)

Great staff, very helpful. Good breakfast, great pool, great price. Parking was also very handy. The staff was very welcoming the cleaning staff did a very good job as well. Overall I'd come here again very holiday feeling despite the central location which was perfect for us. Great location when you go with the car to Alhambra, or when you want to go to the old town. also easy to get back onto the highway to other places , when you're with a car the location is 10/10, without it's still a 8/10 because the bus is in front of the hotel, 10 minutes ride to town and 30 minutes to Alhambra with 1 transfer.

The bed was a bit hard, but i didn't suffer from it. The airco was a little weak but we also didn't complain about it, so perhaps it wasn't standard and could have been fixed.

I liked that it is a clean and fancy hotel with amazing and very helpful staff. One of the staff at the reception went as far as providing us with a computer and restaurant and delivery recommendations at night when the hotel restaurant and many others were closed. Staff were friendly, approachable, and smiley. Location is good as all attractions are accessible by bus from there and there’s a nice refreshing mountain view from the hotel.

Nice clean and modern hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had booked two adjoining rooms as there didn't seem to be any junior suites that could accomodate two adults and two (adult) kids (12 and 14) however the price was decent enough. Around 30 mins walk from the center of town on a flattish route. 35 mins walk uphill to the Alhambra. 2 min drive to the Nevada Shopping centre. We booked this hotel partly because they offered a decent private parking as we didnt want to be driving about or using public parkings. Also has paid Spa facilities as an extra. Right on the start of the main road to Sierra Nevada. Amazing that one of the rooms was well prepared for a person with special needs. Will definately return.

The room was fairly hot and the AC is disabled at this time of the year. After a while we found a dial on the wall that controlled the heating for the room and it had been set to max. Was surprised that the windows can be tilted or opened fully (they are petty big windows) which can be dangerous for kids though was a bonus for us when the room was so hot.

Staff were great, location was great as it was only a 5 to 10 min bus ride to town or 30mins to walk, breakfast was amazing, our room was a premier room and the balcony was amazing, lady who cleaned the rooms and made the beds done a fantastic job, just loved this hotel

Bar closing at 11pm, We came back at 11.10 on Friday night for a last drink before bed to be told the bar shuts at 11pm, there was an event on in the room next to the bar and this continued on until we'll after 1pm, I know this because they were all on the outside terrace which was under my Room and balcony and the noise kept me awake until well after 1am. I phoned down to the nightshift manager to complain about the noise which he sorted. I found it unfair that I was there 4 nights and couldn't get a drink after 11pm yet these people who were at an event and most were probably not staying at the hotel could drink until we'll after 1am. It was only a minor issue and i didn't let it affect my valuation of the hotel as I loved the hotel and would not hesitate to go back.

The location was great to visit both Alhambra and the city center. There was a bus stop at the door. The pool was amazing and the general condition of the hotel was modern and clean.

There weren't enough lounge chairs around the pool, the room was a bit small but to be honest we were 3, so perhaps 2 people would've felt more comfortable. At last, the carpets. Being allergic to dust and asthmatic it leaves me a bit uncomfortable, although I sensed they were clean.

Amazing breakfast, refreshing pool. Comfortable room with a desk. Good a/c and a quiet location. The other guests were pleasant. I couldn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms.

Bed was a bit too hard. Staff couldn't accommodate a late check out. Location is a bit far from center and far from groceries. I had a fridge in the room but it didn't seem to work.

clean local to town center but far enough away to be quite, pool was good, room was big clean good ac and in the current heat was keeping us cool in the horrible hot parts of the day, desk staff were helpful ordering us cabs, excellent English which helped us no end our Spanish is not very good so big thank you to them, parking was good secure for our motorcycle which allowed us to forget about it. thank you we'll be back again!

bar opening times could be a little better.

The location was spot on as the bus number 33 stops at the hotel. This bus goes all the way into the city centre and to the central bus station. Also the Alhambra palace is €4-5 taxi ride away. We went up on the taxi and walked down!! The cafe 2-3 minutes from the hotel serve really cheap breakfast if you don’t want to eat the elaborate one at the hotel. This cafe is closed on Sundays.

Tea or coffee making facilities were not available. This would be a good addition to the room.

Great location, easy with bus to go downtown for only €1.40 Liked the big rooms.

I hated the shampoo bottle in the shower and it frequent was really bad for me, i requested the smaller bottles thus smells better. One of the staff members was really offensief against me. The way he didn't make EY contact just asking for my ID and that of my family members, while I told him that I was a day before in the hotel but was not planning to stay but when the family wanted to stay longer it was possible, the hotel was full booked. The swimming pool close to the early. In 2020 we could swim until 22 hours 21 hour The chair was demaged and were not taken out. Could not use it otherwise it would get more demaged
