Hotel Jerez & Spa

We stayed at the hotel for one night. Convenient location to Luz shopping park and also Jerez city centre. The reception area is very nice and the receptionist was very welcoming. One thing to be aware of is that you can only use the indoor pool and jacuzzi for 45 minutes. You have to book a time slot to go. We didn't have da problem booking on the day but not sure how availability is during peak season. The changing rooms are very small and only one shower. The sauna is in the changing room area and I think a few guests miss it as it's tucked away. It was very disappointing for us that we could only use the facilities for 45 minutes. There are nice sun loungers around the pool but you don't get a chance to use them! The hair dryer in our room wasn't working and the kettle was full of scale. The parking is free. On the whole a nice hotel and would recommend for a short stay.

Staff throughout were very good throughout with the very best at breakfast and the restaurant. Location and fare at the restaurant were great. Great value too.. Small issues of the shower mentioned by way of assistance… W.C was poorly located from an ergonomic perspective and would seriously trouble some guests for sure…

Endless coach parties… looked miserable most of the time!

Great ambience in this hotel, although we didnt seem to see many other guests. Excellent welcome by check in staff. They were also very helpful with dining recommendations. Room was quiet, even with an open the window at night. Free secure parking and a delicious breakfast included, meant the hotel gave excellent value. 9n arrival, each guest receives a voucher for a glass of local sherry to be enjoyed at the AC35 bar.. A nice touch. We shall return soon!

The only issue was our visit to the spa to swim. There were 4 men in the pool completely who seemed to want to Tey and intimidate us, as we swam. We did not feel the pool area was as clean as it could be. We were asked to change in a cubicle with shower and toilet which was marked MEN therefore afterward, I preferred to shower and change in our room. One of the staff, ( not the lovely new girl) was very off hand when I told her I was going to the room with a spa towel around me. I assured her I would return it in 30 minutes. When I did so, she was very off hand, pointed and told me to go put it in the laundry basket at the other end of the room. Pity, as everyone and everything was just perfect.

I loved the hotel! Comfy/clean and large room; large bathroom (private toilette, double sink); very good breakfast (view to the swimming pool); large swimming pool! Great restaurant attached to the hotel : Patio de Los Naranjos....delicious food, wine, lovely staff..; parking lot

The availability of the gym...only until 9pm; some sun loungers were old and not working properly

breakfast has to be improved. despite the variety of food is remarkable I think the quality is not the same as pre covid. in the past there was a table in the middle of breakfast room with Jamon and other cured meat. it was top quality and not comparable with ones serve Now.

Amazing pool. Tranquil atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room we had led directly to the poolside which made it so relaxing to pop out for a swim whenever you felt like it.

Not the best breakfast ever but everything else made up for it. The adjoining restaurant was lovely for evening meals.

Comfortable rooms. Nice with kettle, teas and coffees All staff are very nice, it is the best part The restaurant «patio de los naranjos» is quite good and stylish.

Breakfast is not so very special, correct but nothing is delicious. They could have better juice, better bread and better croissants. Mini bars and sun chairs need replacing Some guest were playing their private music very loud! That doesn't belong in such a nice hotel

Went there with my wife for a week of relaxation by the pool. And that's what we've got: to us, the outside pool and surrounding area was the best feature of the hotel. The pool itself is very large and, although the hotel was quite full, there were no deadly fights for a sun chair. Yes, people would still occupy sun chairs with their towels and leave, but this hotel just has enough of those to accommodate everybody!! The gym is fine and free to use. The SPA sets you back 10€ per hour, but for us the weather was too hot to even consider the indoor pool & sauna. The rooms are large, with a generous balcony, the wifi signal alright and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was quite good, with variety and quality. Although the refilling service was slow (see below), they would always refill what got empty. The hotel restaurant is very good and reasonably priced, as one can tell by the number of locals that go there for dinner. On the other hand, you'll probably need reservation. The parking is large and free for hotel guests. The hotel is located a bit off the historic centre (roughly 2km away), but it is an enjoyable walk so we didn't mind.

They seem to be a bit short-staffed and the existing staff does not impress. Finding someone who speaks English is a bit of a challenge and waiters tend to avoid you since they can't understand what you are asking. They are too few to handle the busiest hours during breakfast, resulting in some shortages. The pool bar serves no food and is sometimes short on the most basic supplies. The rooms are slightly worn out for a 4*, but nothing too serious. Lighting was quite poor in the room, for some strange reason. But for us, the pro's far overcame the con's, so it's definitely a place to go back to.

Great location, a decent walk into town, but achievable. Just the right amount of people to feel busy, but still plenty of room around the pool.

The outside bar would be such a nice facility for those sunbathing or using the pool, but it’s never open.

Pool and breakfast was amazing

We requested a double bed as we are a married couple who has been married for 15 years and each a single bed and that wad not good, this after we requested it and the hotel confirmed. It is very disappointing seeing the roof on the 3rd floor going to pool in such a state from water damage and mold not very healthy. Why can't you change the TV to english as with a child it was very frustrating.
