Unfortunately, I was sick, trying to recover from a bad cough, so mostly stayed in my room, except to take a short walk for some fresh air. However, all the staff were very kind and helpful. I requested a large pot of hot water, a cup and spoon so that I could make broth, using concentrated packets I got at the local shop, ,and they provided these as soon as I asked. I truly appreciated their support

We are two cyclists on a ride from Cadiz to San Sebastian. Our needs are simple we seek a clean bed and a hot shower – the hotel provided both Reception was welcoming and helpful - the hotel is in need of refurbishment - it works well at this price point and is away from the old town center

very near the Pension San Marcos, two blocks off the river, great coffee shops nearby, 10 minute walk to the Cathedral, great restaurants close by, a fruiteria just across the street, and lots of shopping, too. Maid was in every day to clean and make my bed. For my money, a perfect place to rest up when walking the Camino.

The location of the hotel near the Camino de Santiago route and a comfortable walk from the train station were important factors when making the reservation. We found good value for money, a clean and comfortable room and excellent customer care from the staff.
Nothing springs to mind; the staff were very good in making us feel welcome and in assisting us with shipping our baggage to our first rest point on the Camino.

Super customer services by the staffs. I personally want to thank Veronica for her patience and assistance. Will stay here again for my future Camino. Location is near parador and quiet for sleep at night. Yet, only within short distance of walking to the attractions center.

The location of the hotel is centrally located. Like many hotel properties in Spain, if you are driving, I would suggest calling ahead of time and asking where the nearest parking is. The staff is very helpful and curteous

Its a perfectly fine place- but it's away from stuff and there is only one place to eat close by. Overall nice. Nothing fancy.
No seatings for breakfast,- that is too confusing. Just come as the tables open.
