This room was a great value, but it had some oddities I wish I'd known beforehand. My biggest issue was that to access the rooms I needed to complete the pre check in forms online and be able to call a Spanish cell phone number and I wasn't made aware of this by the host until I was ready to check in. Since my international sim card didn't allow for phone calls, I couldn't open the door. When I contacted the host through booking.com it took over an hour and a half for them to respond and grant me access to the room. On a smaller level, while check out says 11:30 am, the cleaning crew arrived by 10:15 am. While they were very nice, they were clearly waiting on me right outside my room to leave so I felt pressured to leave earlier. Overall, still an excellent value. I paid 38 euro for a private room with an ensuite bathroom and a great kitchen. I'd recommend, as long as this works for your needs!

Appreciated the location near the train station and the amazing communication with the staff. They really bent over backwards to help me come in late after my 4 hour delayed flight and missed train, even receiving my rental bike before I arrived. The evelevator was a big help. Very reasonable price. Finally, the self help breakfast was outstanding.

It is a bit dated in furnishings and bathrooms. The public hall made it easy to get locked out of my bedroom section going to the kitchen/ lounge.

Great location, just off a main road, between train / bus stations and city centre where the main attractions are. Very friendly, helpful staff. Shower was good. Room had a bit of character. Still not sure if I was supposed to do this but I made myself a cup of tea in the kitchen before bed. Breakfast was kind of self service but was pretty good. Strange toasters always make me nervous!

I found the two single beds pushed together a bit of a strange arrangement. Otherwise I really can't fault it. Oh, the pedal bin in the kitchen seemed to be broken so wasn't "hands free".

I had a wonderful welcome from Rachel and Lupé when I arrived. The place is really central, nice room with own bathroom, exceptional value for the price. And a very good self service breakfast in the morning, coffee, cereal, toast, juices, yoghurt, cake etc I speak very little Spanish but it wasn't an issue, I'd great laughs with Rachel and Lupé, they were so nice it felt like I was staying with family. If I come to León again, this is the place I'll stay.. highly recommend it

Cozy apartments, you feel like at home. Everything is within easy reach, there is an underground parking lot nearby, and the train station is a 15-minute walk away. Very friendly staff. Arrival in the evening can be arranged.

Pension in a good location for visiting the old city. Everything is online (so you have the fill in a webform to check-in, door is opened by a calling a telephone number, and breakfast is self-service). Room was clean, but as mentioned before the building is a bit noisy.

Was one of the best places I stayed in Spain, if not the best. Characterful old building- but not run-down. well decorated, really clean. great location. kitchen available to use. can’t say a work bad about it, was great. lovely staff too. I will 100% stay here when I am in León next.

location is fantastic, right in the Centre of all attractions and very close to Leon train and bus station. I used the kitchen a lot and the bathroom was super clean. the owner was very friendly and helpful but quite invisible in a good way.

I liked the most managers of this pension - Lupe and Raquel are doing an amazing job! Their openess, kindness, readiness to help, warmth and sincerity are the main quality of this beautiful pension.

Very very clean; the managing lady Blanca is wonderful, very hepful and willing to solve any little problem the customer may have. I had a wonderful stay and I recommend it to anyone .... especially in time of Covid it is very important the care in cleaning, as this lady does. Very convenient position (close to the train/autobus stations andto the city center as weel. The rate quality/price could not be better.
